I had Precision Garage Door replace my garage door springs a while back and my 15 year old garage door opener started to fail. I liked the way my garage doors were repaired so it was an easy choice to call Precision to replace my opener. The tech arrived about three hours after my call. Fortunately it was the same tech, Paul, who had repaired the garage doors. He gave me some cost comparisons between repair and replacement. Since my equipment was old I decided to go with a mid-range replacement opener. Paul had it up and running in less than two hours.

Fantastic experience! Paul was my technician and he arrived on time and explained all the options to me. Once I made my decision, he got to work immediately. Very satisfied with Precision Garage Door Service. Jesse Warren did a fantastic job, was very easy to talk to, and clearly explained all the problems found. I appreciated that he broke it down into what needed to be done to get the garage door repaired and what was recommended to be done to prevent future problems. He showed me each issue so I could see how it was not working properly or was worn out. I was given a time window for the technicians arrival of between 2 and 6; Jesse arrived around 2:30, calling before to let me know he was on his way. He was very professional and polite (even after being in a hot garage working for a couple of hours). I will definitely be recommending Precision Garage Door Services to others; they exceeded my expectations. They solved the problem quickly, keeping me informed about my options and what they were doing. Jesse was very helpful, courteous, and quite professional.

I would HIGHLY recommend over competitors in Norman who would either charge MUCH more or not stand behind their parts. Today my car was held hostage after the 20 year old spring snapped in two. After another company left me hanging, I called Precision. Within an hour and a half Jesse Warren and Jesse his colleague showed up, assessed the situation then got to work. Within 40 minutes they replaced spring and bearings. They also advised me of other parts that may require replacing so I can replace at my convenience. Thorough and professional!!!

Called in the morning. Appointment made for same afternoon. Tech was on time. Gave a complete evaluation and identified the problem I was having with my opener. Was given an estimate for a new opener and an estimate for temporary repair. Decided to buy a new opener which was installed promptly.

Car was accidentally driven into garage door. Minimal damage but some twisted hardware. Had used precision before for a broken spring so called them again. Surprisingly they were able to get out the same day. Technician was very articulate and attentive to the smallest of detail ( as some damage was hardly visible. I had received cheaper estimates but was happy to pay a little extra for someone to come out and perform the work at 8pm on a Saturday night. I definitely recommend this company.
