Cycle tension spring snapped this morning, thus rendering our garage door inoperable and incapable of being opened manually. Called Precision Door OKC & explained how important it is that we fix this problem soon...since my wife and I could not get our cars in our out. The garage door became hung and would only close half-way. This was a Sunday afternoon and were looking at the upcoming night with temperatures in the teens. Russ was on the job within about 2 hours of being called and quickly got the door securely closed. The original door installer was primarily a M-F 8-5 operation and not available. After checking out Precision's clean BBB report, I was comfortable in selecting Precision and was happy I did so.
