The experience was overall very good. An operator answered the phone on a Sunday morning and technician Jordan Greenspan was on the job just a couple of hrs. later, completing it with the help of Robert in two hrs. total. Both young men were courteous, pleasant and efficient workers. The door works great and with the new wheels is much quieter with smoother operation. Typically I would have called Norman Garage Door who I have used for many years but they don't work on Sundays. My only reservation is that I think the $1,769 parts, labor and service call charge was higher than what Norman Garage Door would have charged. Other than that I'm satisfied with the experience. Having used Precision Garage Door Service before, I knew to expect quality customer service and a prompt arrival. The technician, Jordan, was very receptive in trying to understand the issue, and after giving him a detailed description, he immediately jumped into action. While I had suspected what the issue was, Jordan was very informative about all of the particular components that could cause the issue. He took the time to answer my questions and wanted to make sure that the issue was addressed to my satisfaction. He also reiterated several times that Precision’s dedication is to quality customer service and that if I had questions I could always reach out. So far, the issue appears to be resolved, and I suspect it will continue to stay that way given the attention and level of detail provided by Jordan/Precision. They have been a trustworthy and consistent garage door company for me, and they will continue to stay that way. Very pleased!

I made an appointment on line. Dominique Ramos called and came to my home with in the hour. He was very professional, talked with me about the problem. He went over all my options and prices, they offered. Once I decided what I wanted, he didn't try to talk me into something different. He went to his van, got everything he needed. Had the job done in about 45 minutes. Explained each step as he did the work. Once finished, he explained the warranty to me and he was finished. I was really pleased with the work. I will definitely pass on the name and number to anyone needing help with their door.

I had Precision Garage Door replace my garage door springs a while back and my 15 year old garage door opener started to fail. I liked the way my garage doors were repaired so it was an easy choice to call Precision to replace my opener. The tech arrived about three hours after my call. Fortunately it was the same tech, Paul, who had repaired the garage doors. He gave me some cost comparisons between repair and replacement. Since my equipment was old I decided to go with a mid-range replacement opener. Paul had it up and running in less than two hours.
