Teagan was outstanding and very patient. He went above and beyond the service we asked for and made sure to put the right parts on. He even helped make a grumpy person like Darren laugh when the cat came in and harassed him. Would recommend Teagan for any job. If he can deal with a Firefighter, he can handle anything.

Tre Nunley - technician was wonderful. He was very helpful and patient in teaching me things about the garage door and control. Precision door is the best overhead garage door company that I have ever used. They will continue to get our business.

Inspection and estimate done day after I called. Technician inspected and explained problem with my garage door opener fully, he prepared and discussed options with me and was able to install the new opener the same day. He also pared the opener with my car. Great service!! No pressure. Love that I didn’t have to wait to get something done. Technician had all the equipment in his vehicle.

If I could give 10 stars I would! This will be the only garage door service I will ever use. Dominique the technician repaired and replaced the springs and cable in less than an hour. He sent a text letting me know he would be calling soon with an estimated time of arrival. He was very nice and professional. From start to finish this company’s customer service was top notch. I highly recommend giving them a call!

Steven was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and prompt. We booked an appointment online (late on a Friday evening) for next day service. Precision was right on time Saturday morning and they had everything on the truck to do the repairs for two doors in about 2 hours.

Service tech arrived on time and was very courteous. He had the door up and running quickly and gave me a report when he was finished. Although I declined his help, he offered to carry in my grocery order that arrived just as he was leaving.

Teagan called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He was very professional and explained everything to me. He fixed the door in record time and showed me what happened and how to prevent it from happening again. PDS did this for me through their Goodwill program and as a senior on a fixed budget I am forever grateful and blessed. Thank you. I know who to call now.

Called and told me when he would get to the house and that is exactly what time he got there. Told him what I wanted done. Did it with out trying to get me to do some sort of inspection like the last group I had out and made me pay for that and the. Did not fix my problem. Precision did what I asked and pretty quick. Very pleased.

Miguel was honest, fair, and thoroughly explained what my door needed and the price breakdown for it. After he was finished, he showed me everything that he had done and explained the maintenance that I need for it. He also checked to see if our cars had a built-in garage door opener system. He made sure that I did not have any questions.

Very pleased with our service from Precision Garage Door Service. Teagan arrived on time and assured us we did not need to replace garage doors/mechanisms. Another local company had been servicing us for years and they constantly told us everything that was wrong and charged inflated prices because they were the only show in town until Precision arrived in Norman. Very pleased to know we are with the right company and technician. Teagan fixed all the problems that were left undone (in order to contact "other" company again and again) and our 2 garage doors are smooth and quiet. Springs replaced, shafts corrected and bolts replaced. Awesome friendly service!

Just like our last technician last year, Paris was friendly, knowledgeable and a joy to work with. We have a son with a disability and Paris answered his questions, clarified what he was asking, and took time to be friendly to him. Thank you Paris

Teagan Cluff exceeded my expectations in every way. He arrived exactly at the time he promised. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He recommended several ways to improve the performance of my door. He accomplished the repairs efficiently and cleanly. When completed, he explained all of the worked done, demonstrated the operation of the door, and walked me through an ongoing maintenance program. I would wholeheartedly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone in need of their services!

I found Teagan Cluff to be very professional, thoughtful and courteous. After a recent storm and power outage, I was unable to reconnect my equipment. Teagan came out, connected my door, and took the time to show me how to do it again myself in the future. While he was here, he didn’t pressure me to buy new equipment, but he did point out a few things I might want to keep an eye on. I couldn’t have asked for anyone to be more kind and courteous. I will definitely ask for him again.
