We use Precision Garage Door because the techs are Always professional, kind,and knowledgeable. They explain everything, from the price, to the warranty (if there is one), to the mechanics of what's being installed. They are very honest, and the techs seem to really like their job from hearing them speak about it.

Spending money on home repairs is never fun especially during holidays. I want to thank Zach, the technician, who was prompt and professional. He took the time to explain the issues and options. Lewis Phan was amazing. Had used them before and they did a wonderful job on our personal doors. Was very polite and knowledgeable about repairs needed to fix door. I called Precision Garage Door of OKC last Saturday after my garage door jumped off its track. I was able to schedule a service appointment within an hour or so of my call. Cody is the technician who came and assessed the problem, and showed me the parts that were worn, and presented an estimate of what would make it operate safely and normally again. Cody replaced the parts and adjusted everything, made some tweaks, and the door is working absolutely great! Cody is honest, very proficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of OKC.
