I cannot overstate how pleased I am with the work Tanner did on the garage door today. He gave a courtesy call 20 minutes before arrival, assessed the garage door, and discussed repair options with me. He explained the mechanics of the unit and WHY specific repairs were needed, while actually showing me the issues. He was prompt. He was kind, and completed the work in less than hour. At 7:45a today I didn't even know my garage door lift system wasn't working. It's 11:45a and my entire system has already been repaired, smh. Absolutely EXCELLENT. "Precision" is exactly right!!

Paul was my service man and I couldn’t have been more pleased. I’m a senior citizen, but did know a little about what he was talking about, but not much! I never felt pressured to fix anything that didn’t need to be fixed. He told me up front that he would quote everything thing I could choose whatever I felt might be too much for my budget! First time using Precision Door OKC. They were on time, in fact early which is always good. The tech called before heading our way and repairs were explained. Pricing was what I expected, nothing is cheap anymore and you also get what you pay for. I will use them again, have two more doors with springs just hope they wait awhile before they break. Appreciate Justin the technician. This was an insurance claim so I needed him to take pics, provide estimate and write-up notes for the adjuster. Justin did that, patiently answered my questions and fixed a problem with the door on the spot I didn’t even know I had. Good work.

They answer their phone on Saturday morning, and were able to send a tech in about an hour after I called. Justin did a great job, thoroughly went over all my options, and got straight to work once I made my choices. My old garage door openers were 20 years old,and were extremely noisy. One of them out and out quit yesterday, which is why I called Precision today. Very happy with the job Justin did, and glad I called Precision. Here's hoping these last as long as the old ones did.

Our garage door spring broke last night and we couldn’t open the door. I called before 8 o’clock on a Saturday morning and Jesse, the repair man, was here before 830. Did a bang up job! Explained everything and pointed out some optional items that I could do, but no pressure or bs. I would call these people out again without hesitation. Of course I would request Jesse, but the company culture seems such that I’m sure they have other capable people. Jesse was rock solid, and very pleasant to deal with!
