Quick to respond and fix our issue we had. We had a door that got hit by a lightning storm in March and we could not use our app to open it any longer. The company who installed it originally would never get back with us on cost to replace the mother board they said needed to be replaced. We decided to look elsewhere and called Precision. They sent out technicians within 3 hours of our call and had a solution for us within 15 minutes and now we have remotes and can open both bay doors with the remotes and didn't have to spend thousands to get it working. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable and professional and worked well together making our choosing Precision as our go to company for any future garage door issues. We recommend them highly.

Our garage door would not raise. Cody came out prepared to fix the bent strut bar and put a heavy duty steel one in, fixed the lift spring, adjusted the door spring and made sure the door sealed properly. I will ask for Cody for any future service, he is the best, very professional and courteous.

I chose Precision Door because of the reviews I read, from the Mustang area. Jesse Burns, was the tech that came to my house. He was very courteous during his time with me. He was knowledgeable about the problem I was having and quickly repaired the issue. Everything he needed for the repair was on his truck/van. It was done quickly but professionally. Thank you Precision Door.

Paul diagnosed my problem and had it fixed very quickly. Then he inspected my other Genie products and the garage door, doing maintenance he noticed. Great job! He installed all my garage door equipment about 3 years ago and it was wonderful catching up with him again. He’s a great representative for Precision Garage Doors!

Our service technician, Jesse Burns, was very helpful, patiently answering all of our questions. I'd been concerned that we'd be put off a couple of days due to their workload, but he completed the entire installation within 2-3 hours...works great.
