Amazing service! Called and a couple hours later Russ arrived. Russ thoroughly went through all the options and prices. When I made my decision he made a call and a couple hours after that Byron and his helper showed up. A few hours later job complete. Very happy with the products, professional / courteous service. Have seen Precision ads on tv and liked that they gave senior discounts. It is only 5%(should be 10%)but every bit helps so thanks. Jack was my serviceman and he called ahead to let me know he was on the way. He actually was a little early. Had to have both springs replaced and a problem with the opener on the wall. Jack explained everything and showed me 3 options of service and was finished within an hour. Spent a little under $600($400 for the springs)but knew in advance roughly what they would cost. The rest was tune up maintenance and labor. All in all I think it was a fair price and satisfied with the work. The door opens like it should and is much quietier now. Thanks

We needed a new garage door seal because ours was worn out and another company had done a poor job replacing it. Our experience with Precision Door was outstanding! Nick was very professional and gave great, detailed insight when I called the office. Jack was our technician and he was timely and very thorough with his overall assessment. We had additional work accomplished because Jack clearly showed the age, extended wear and potential failures of our doors. The spring broke on our double wide garage door. After discovering it was broken I called Precision Overhead Garage Door and went on “chat” to make an appointment at 1:15 pm. Byron showed up at 3:00 pm (shocked) and very professionally went through the mechanism of the door. The first thing that was wrong was we only had one spring on a double wide door and it should’ve had two. Then everything else was loose and worn. So Byron rebuilt the moving parts, balanced the door and the door worked better than when it was new. I would like to thank Byron and Precision for their excellent service. I’m putting them on my CALL list. That’s 5 ?? stars you guys! So that is springs, rollers, cables, bearings, lubricant etc.
