I chose Precision because their service is impeccable. From the phone call for service to the technician coming out is a very positive experience. A bolt had fallen out of my opener and had landed on top of my car forcing my door to not close. I didn't know about the bolt until technician made me aware. I thought door not closing was possibly cold weather related. Technician had my door fixed in only a few and no cost because opener is still under warranty and less that a year old. Great job, Miguel! Hope I remember your name right.

The technician, Paul, was knowledgeable, pleasant and cooperative. He provided insights to what we might need and maintained contact throughout our entire MMO job. He even came a day early, after learning her had time to do our job. He worked in “bone-chilling” cold to professionally install a new door opener and update our entire garage door. Our garage door is over 40 years old and got hung up as some of the coldest weather all year was rolling in. Precision Garage Door sent John to us and despite the bitter cold, he got our door operational again. We'll need to replace all the moving parts eventually, but it was worth it to get the door down with the cold weather. John was polite, informative, and extremely committed to getting our door fixed the right way. When it comes time to do the parts replacement, we'll definitely be calling Precision!

I am so happy I choose precision to repair/replace my garage door about two years ago. Just today, my garage door malfunctioned. I called Precision, and they sent techs out same day. The two techs were super friendly and very knowledgeable. They were able to assess the problem and fixed the issue immediately, this same day. But the best part was they did it for free, did not charge me anything! It is so hard to find reputable companies that don't charge you everytime they come out or they say the problem is not under warranty. That is why I am so lucky to have found Precision!!!

Mary took my order by phone and was very professional, courteous and thorough. She told John would be the technician and told me when I could expect him. John called about fifteen minutes before I expected him a told me he was on his way. He arrived a few minutes early, diagnosed my problem and had it fixed and lubricated in short order. He's a real pro and made sure I was satisfied before he left. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone who has a garage door problem.

A very wonderful, knowledgeable, Honest, professional and respectful experience. Not only did they come out and fix the original problem but they notice some safety concerns that could potentially cause harm. Honest and transparent with pricing and offered me options with a payment plan.
