I am so happy I choose precision to repair/replace my garage door about two years ago. Just today, my garage door malfunctioned. I called Precision, and they sent techs out same day. The two techs were super friendly and very knowledgeable. They were able to assess the problem and fixed the issue immediately, this same day. But the best part was they did it for free, did not charge me anything! It is so hard to find reputable companies that don't charge you everytime they come out or they say the problem is not under warranty. That is why I am so lucky to have found Precision!!!

Mary took my order by phone and was very professional, courteous and thorough. She told John would be the technician and told me when I could expect him. John called about fifteen minutes before I expected him a told me he was on his way. He arrived a few minutes early, diagnosed my problem and had it fixed and lubricated in short order. He's a real pro and made sure I was satisfied before he left. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone who has a garage door problem.

A very wonderful, knowledgeable, Honest, professional and respectful experience. Not only did they come out and fix the original problem but they notice some safety concerns that could potentially cause harm. Honest and transparent with pricing and offered me options with a payment plan. But what warmed my heart the most was that I was cooking my family Christmas dinner and had lots of family over to celebrate, and I offered the two technicians a 2-go plate and they gratefully accepted not only with open arms but the Biggest Smiles and gratitude you could imagine.

I call they came, just like there advertisement said. Since I had a custom door, it will take time to get the panel that matches the exterior of my house. I was ashored of quality of work to be done.

The gentleman that arrived at my house was very polite and easy to talk with. I like the fact that there was no pushing me to get something I didn't want or to purchase the most expensive items. I believe these gentlemen are a great asset to your company.

Showed up on time and technician was very nice and knowledgeable. I called several other garage door companies and nobody had the part I needed. He had the part on his truck and installed it on the spot and did a great job. I will recommend them and use them again for sure!
