Precision installed my last garage door opener and I was impressed, so naturally I called you to install a keypad for the garage door. The technician was prompt, explained the operation of the keypad and noticed that my garage door opener needed some tightening. He took care of that as well. Great customer service in my book.

I needed to know if it was feasible to repair or replace. This was a multi action effort for either Garage door Repair or Garage door Replacement. I was lead step-by-step through the process. I was given an estimated cost for each choice. I was also asked if I understood the feedback I was getting. My garage doors are on order and I will revisit this site upon installation. Initial interface was very professional.

No problem with your service or basic garage door, except when it came to accessories and add ons such as remotes, key pads, panels, and the ability to add generic after market items such as door open/closed sensor and smart phone relays. (This garage door company chose to make it impossible to use generic accessories and then they chose to charge outrageous prices for their marantek products. I was not so informed pre sale of this by your company when I had you install the garage door. Several other companies refuse to even work on the precision garage door because of that. Never again.

Matt Bell was the tech who came to our house for a garage door repair. He did a thorough evaluation, showed us the problems (multiple!) and completed the repair in a timely manner. This old door is not quieter and closes/opens smoothly. He also advised us we would soon need a new opener and door, showed us the literature with all the options and a price. We will definitely be replacing our garage door and opener using Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. Couldn't more satisfied, it's so nice to work done correctly.

I chose Precision due to the same day service and the fact that if repairs were over $100, the service fee would be waived. The first visit out to repair my door did not quite fix my problems--but when I followed up with the company to complain, they quickly sent out a new repair team (at no additional charge) and my door now works perfectly.

Precision Door Service sent a technician within 2 hours of calling them. Jack called us before he showed up and he quickly found out that the troubled broken springs was the cause of loosened cables which made the garage door to malfunction. After we gave consent for fixing, he did a satisfying job and was very patient throughout the process and repeatedly made sure if we had any questions. We highly recommend their service.

Matt did a great job. After a thorough inspection, he offered a full door rehab. I declined the offer, but it was great that he checked everything out for me and let me know of areas to keep an eye on. He then repaired my broken spring efficiently. Quick, competent service. My springs snapped, so those were replaced in addition to rebuilding all wheels, rollers, bearings, etc. My door opens and closes with ease now!

Fantastic service at lightning speed! I mistakenly parked too close to the door and it got caught on my car bumper, causing the opener to rip from the door. I called the guys at precision at 7pm and they were there to take a look the very next day at 8am. Unfortunately the damage was extensive and I needed an entirely new door, but Matt was able to come back to install it at 1pm the same day! The new install was complete by 2:30pm. They replaced everything from the spring to the rails in just 1.5hrs! It is a huge upgrade from my previous garage door (cheap install via the contractors who built my neighborhood). Service was fast, friendly and professional. I won’t use anyone else but Precision in the future, and highly recommend them to anyone!
