Precision Door Service sent a technician within 2 hours of calling them. Jack called us before he showed up and he quickly found out that the troubled broken springs was the cause of loosened cables which made the garage door to malfunction. After we gave consent for fixing, he did a satisfying job and was very patient throughout the process and repeatedly made sure if we had any questions. We highly recommend their service.
Thank you so much for your review. We appreciate your business and hope we can be of further help in the future.

Matt did a great job. After a thorough inspection, he offered a full door rehab. I declined the offer, but it was great that he checked everything out for me and let me know of areas to keep an eye on. He then repaired my broken spring efficiently. This was same day service with a smile. Very professional.

Fantastic service at lightning speed! I mistakenly parked too close to the door and it got caught on my car bumper, causing the opener to rip from the door. I called the guys at precision at 7pm and they were there to take a look the very next day at 8am. Unfortunately the damage was extensive and I needed an entirely new door, but Matt was able to come back to install it at 1pm the same day! The new install was complete by 2:30pm. They replaced everything from the spring to the rails in just 1.5hrs! It is a huge upgrade from my previous garage door (cheap install via the contractors who built my neighborhood). Service was fast, friendly and professional. I won’t use anyone else but Precision in the future, and highly recommend them to anyone!
We are glad we could help in a tough situation. Thank you for the great review. We appreciate you and your business.

I found Precision on the Internet, really liked what was on their Web site, including reviews, so I chose them to replace my garage door opener. I was impressed with their concern for the customers feeling safe & comfortable about having technicians come out. I felt like I knew Russ before he appeared at my door, right on time. The work was done swiftly and expertly. Everything was explained completely, along with advice as to how to protect my new opener from outages and surges. I will definitely recommend Precision, and when I need service again, I will call them. Thank you so much!!!
Thank you very much for the review. We appreciate you and are glad we could help you with your opener.

Our appointment time was 4-6pm and the tech called and said he was on his way before 4 pm. I was glad because I really do not like waiting around. However, I had other things going on this day too, but it was a pleasant surprise. All I needed was the keypad reprogramed but still!
We are glad you are happy with our service. Customer service is very important to us. Thank you for the review.

They took care of my needs in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend Precision door. I used them previously for a garage door opener and chose them again about 6 months later after a mishap with the garage door made a replacement garage door a necessity.
