We had the best experience with this company. Prompt, professional, clean. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends. It is hard to find trustworthy people these day...... With Precision I would not worry at all about leaving them at my home alone. Wonderful feeling.

Luke was our technician, he was on time, even called on the way. He explained everything and professionally answered all my questions. Our garage door opens and closes better now than before the spring broke. We will recommend Precision Door Service and use them again for service or replacement. Thanks Luke

When my garage door would not open, even manually, I needed help quickly! After calling about my problem I had an appointment for that afternoon. Imagine my surprise when the technician called and said he would be here at 1:00 when my appointment time was between 1 and 3. This has never happened in my experience. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I also liked the fact that I had an email with names and pictures so I knew who to expect when I opened my door. I would definitely recommend Precision!

My phone call was very professional. The Tech--Russ-- arrived right on time; he was very professional, and gave me an accurate price. He did a great job, and was very pleasant; he even replaced a light bulb for me as a kindness! I will definitely use them again.

Oh my goodness! What a wonderful surprise! I was on my way to a workout and could not get the garage door open. I have an appointment early tomorrow morning and was in a panic. Who was I going to get late in the afternoon to come and fix the garage door? And I had no idea what was wrong. So I head to the internet with my fingers crossed and there you all were! This has to be the best December I have had in a long time. What a courteous young man came to my rescue - after an understanding visit with, I believe, Ashley. Don't think for a minute that you all will not be on my "keep this card" list. I learned so much. And have no doubt I will be calling you after the first of the year to talk about a new garage door.

From start to finish, Precision delivered courteous, professional services. Employees were helpful, knowledgeable and never tried to pressure the customer for particular choices as far as service and products. Service delivery was prompt and efficient. Amongst other garage door service companies, Precision is definitely the five star choice!

Initial call, Russ discovered my problem was more extensive that just the door opener. The garage door assembly had gone out and my door opener had been doing the heavy lifting for sometime. Russ provided me with the 3 options to fix my problem. I chose to get a new door and opener verses having a repaired door and new opener. Final call,Russ and Luke completed the project in about 3 hours. They were courteous and answered my questions. No trash was left behind. Very professional in performing their job. Kudos to Precision Door..
