We certainly called the right people. They could've just made the repair and left but were able to show us and have us feel parts that are ready to cease up. We are years ahead for the technician knowing his job and the parts. Mechanical parts that are twenty five + years old needed replacing. Thank you Precision Door. I had a new garage door and opener installed. They did an excellent job of installing both and the installers were very friendly. I only have 2 minor gripes. 1. I wish someone would have asked if I had eye points for my opener at the time I was requesting the garage door so I could have had them arrange for the new opener at the same time. 2. When they left us the two remotes for the opener, I noticed later that one of the was well used and not new. It was exchanged without a problem.

Good service, they came when they said. Little pricey, but I have not had a garage service done in years so maybe that is the current rate. Luke the technician was very polite and efficient.

I have been completely satisfied with the new belt drive door operating system installed by precision door service. Recently, I had warranty service to adjust the closing gap between the door and the floor. Scheduling the repair was quick and easy, the service technician was prompt and courteous, he performed the adjustment, now the door works perfect. I understand Monday was a holiday and I appreciate them coming same day however I was not pleased that when I asked why I had to pay another 150.00 for a second spring when I have owned the home 15 years and it's always only had just one to be told that's the way it is and he would only do the repair if I would pay for two. Also the ad on the website said call today and rec a discount excluding Sunday's but the tech advised me that the website promotions were not valid on Monday either

Arrived at 2:00, explained what needed to be done, and additional maintenance that might be required. No hard sell, just honest recommendations.
