I had an issue, but Jack Walker came out the next day and fixed us up. Both were extremely professional & were very good at explaining what was wrong & how to fix it.

Needed a new garage door. They came the next day (I made the appointment online). When the representative came to my house and he showed me different styles and colors. Made my selection. When the installers came, they were very polite and professional. I was very pleased with everything that was done. They added extra sealant around the garage (at no charge) so no air leakage. Good thing as within a week we had a bad snowstorm with high winds. ASll in all was very pleased with the whole experiemnce.

Started out as a maintenance call. After the technician started working, he identified the problem as warranty work. He was polite, showed strong knowledge of what he was doing, and was easy to talk to.

Service was for a hung door. Priced at $367.50. I was notified appropriately with any changes to the appointment due to the weather. Lewis was very professional and personable. He arrived at the scheduled time and gave me break down of what would be done to get the garage back to functioning and approximately how long it would take. I would use Precision again and I will recommend them for future garage maintenance or repair needs.
