My old 6-year-old builder grade garage was falling apart and in fact started folding up and almost collapsed on my truck. I called the company that had their sticker on the door, and they told me it would be 3 days before they could come and look at the problem. I searched online and found your company's name and gave a call. Within two hours Bryon, a courteous representative respond, and we both determined I needed a new door. Your knowledgeable and efficient technicians were out the next day installing the new high-quality door and were finished within two hours. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone wanting to deal with a great business. I send my thanks to your company and staff of professionals.

Cody was an excellent technician. Very knowledgeable and explained the whole process during his inspection. The fix was quick and painless. He restored our garage door to better than new and showed us how to do annual maintenance on our own to keep it running smoothly. I would definitely recommend this company!

I called Precision Garage Door of OKC last Saturday after my garage door jumped off its track. I was able to schedule a service appointment within an hour or so of my call. Cody is the technician who came and assessed the problem, and showed me the parts that were worn, and presented an estimate of what would make it operate safely and normally again. Cody replaced the parts and adjusted everything, made some tweaks, and the door is working absolutely great! Cody is honest, very proficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of OKC.

Spending money on home repairs is never fun especially during holidays. I want to thank Zach, the technician, who was prompt and professional. He took the time to explain the issues and options. I never felt like he was being aggressive or pushy on the sales pitch. When I declined a few options, Zach continued to be professional, and his tone was very warm. Thank you Zach

I am giving precision a five star rating due to Justin price my technician. He was very respectful and knowledgeable and forthcoming on my issue at hand. I issue was a unsolvable problem at the present time, but just in was determined to make my door at least semi operational, so I could get my vehicle in and out of my garage without any kind of danger. He had promised me he would be back the following morning at 10 AM with all the parts needed to finish the job. And as promised, he was here at 10 o’clock ready to go to work took him only a little over an hour. To complete the job. Period. In my opinion you couldn’t ask for a better representative for your company. It has been a pleasure doing business with precision and would recommend precision for any kind of overhead door problems.
