I called Precision Garage Door of OKC last Saturday after my garage door jumped off its track. I was able to schedule a service appointment within an hour or so of my call. Cody is the technician who came and assessed the problem, and showed me the parts that were worn, and presented an estimate of what would make it operate safely and normally again. Cody replaced the parts and adjusted everything, made some tweaks, and the door is working absolutely great! Cody is honest, very proficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of OKC.

I am giving precision a five star rating due to Justin price my technician. He was very respectful and knowledgeable and forthcoming on my issue at hand. I issue was a unsolvable problem at the present time, but just in was determined to make my door at least semi operational, so I could get my vehicle in and out of my garage without any kind of danger. He had promised me he would be back the following morning at 10 AM with all the parts needed to finish the job. And as promised, he was here at 10 o’clock ready to go to work took him only a little over an hour. To complete the job. Period. In my opinion you couldn’t ask for a better representative for your company. It has been a pleasure doing business with precision and would recommend precision for any kind of overhead door problems.
