Nightmare! my garage door openers were making squeaking noises. I called "Precision" and told them I needed lubrication for my doors. Man came out and said it would be $300 to spray the rollers ect. I said no, he finally said $100. When I went back out there he was spraying the west door and said it would be $149. I said we had a deal for $100. He stopped spraying and anglily said "no charge". I had the $100 in my hand so I will call someone else to lubricate the east door. They have a note on the web site "$0 service fee" ...Watch out!

Lewis Phan was amazing. Had used them before and they did a wonderful job on our personal doors. Was very polite and knowledgeable about repairs needed to fix door. Had everything he needed to repair door on his truck, stayed on job till all repairs were done and took credit card for payment, got invoice by email quickly.

upon hiring precision garage door of OKC (Warr Acres) Jessie Burns arrived on time did a great job, took pictures to cover there company and discussed with me the repairs required, and the cost, he did a great job and after wards discussed with me the reasons the tension cable became unraveled and caused the door to fall and alignment wheels to disengaged, which from his own words were from improper original assembly at time of original installation, which caused the panels to separate when moving at the arch from vertical to horizontal position causing the panels to separate, and he has seen this in the past, the mounting screws not being installed at the closest hole to the edge of the panel causing the hinges to bend, ok great i said please put in your invoice notes this, so i can contact the original installer mind you (2013) it's now (2025) but ok let move on, he said he was more than happy to accommodate me and even took pictures, and thanked me for my business, OK NOW THE PROBLEM ONCE I RECIEVED THE FOLLOW UP EMAIL AND INVOICE, THERE WAS NO MENTION OF THE PROBLEM DICUSSED, NO PICTURES, NO WHAT HE AGREED TO DO, ALL I GOT WAS A $425.00 ESTIMATE TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM, SO I CALLED THE OFFICE AND COMPLAINED, I WAS TOLD MANAGMENT WOULD CALL ME ASAP, GUESS WHAT NO CALL. Jessie did a great job but didn't do what he said he would, that's my problem, no expert notification so i can get the original installer to correct at their expense, not a $425.00 estimate

After a bad experience with another company, Precision came recommended by a friend, and I'm thankful for it! Teagan was my technician on 10/25/25 and he arrived on schedule which was an immediate improvement over my previous experience. After an inspection, Teagan clearly explained what he found and provided a detailed breakdown of the cost of repairs. I'll admit, the cost seemed a little higher than I was anticipating, but I had the sense things would be done right, and I was not disappointed. If I had one criticism, it was that there wasn't a payment plan available or I would have had Teagan replace parts that were still functional, but clearly wearing out. Aside from not being able to break up the cost a little bit, I will still be reaching out to Precision to have those parts replaced when necessary. Thank you for the prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly service provided on such short notice. And a personal shout-out to Teagan for taking the time to find and fix the problem while explaining exactly what was going on in easy to understand terms. You guys are awesome!
