I had a spring break on my garage door and I called to see about getting an appointment. They were able to fit me in same day thank goodness! Jack was very thorough with his inspection and explained everything as he went. He was able to replace my spring and get my door going again. I will definitely recommend them and use them in the future. Great company and great customer service!

The criticism I got for my repair before calling a professional was almost praise on my DIY, but I knew when the issue came up again I needed someone in the field to get it done right. I chose Precision Garage Door because of all their good reviews. Jordan was the service technician and he did a fabulous job of explaining everything to me. The opener broke on a Sunday night, made appointment on line and he was here at 10 the next morning. Jordan was very knowledgeable and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in an hr. New opener with a 5 yr warranty on parts and labor. Will certainly use them again. If you need help with your garage door be sure and give them a call!

I do not recommend this company. My first sign should have been not giving estimates prior to their visit, with all the technology available nowadays they can give estimates. The tech stood 6 ft from garage door and wrote up his estimate a photo of garage door would have done the same thing. Now I'm out the 49.99 trip charge if I don't use them they have you pretty much locked in or lose that money. Tech was rude, told me that all he did was replace the one broken spring per my request but now I have a door that doesn't shut all the way, you can see the sun shine through and it's hitting the rubber seal attached to garage door frame and as for the inspection he provided, you don't see the results until you get the invoice either by mail or email by that time the tech is long gone. Lastly, his estimates was supposed to minus the trip charges if repairs were over 100.00, but tech knew nothing about this so he said. ( he did take it off after confronted about it).
