I had a spring break on my garage door and I called to see about getting an appointment. They were able to fit me in same day thank goodness! Jack was very thorough with his inspection and explained everything as he went. He was able to replace my spring and get my door going again. I will definitely recommend them and use them in the future. Great company and great customer service!

We are new to the area and to be honest I saw your commercials and you were first on the google list. Tanner arrived promptly and got right to work. He explained what needed to be done and nothing unnecessary. I will definitely use Precision again.

I chose Precision Garage Door because of all their good reviews. Jordan was the service technician and he did a fabulous job of explaining everything to me. The opener broke on a Sunday night, made appointment on line and he was here at 10 the next morning. Jordan was very knowledgeable and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in an hr. New opener with a 5 yr warranty on parts and labor. Will certainly use them again. If you need help with your garage door be sure and give them a call!

I am one very happy customer. My garage door wasn’t opening so I called Precision Door at 3 pm and Paul showed up at 4:15 ! An hour later my door was working better than it ever had before Paul did his magic. Will definitely recommend Precision Garage Door!!!

Service was great, very friendly guy. Did not try to up sell me anything as my garage door was working fine, just wanted normal maintenance to avoid any future problems. Had initial problem with car garage door opener not working after he left, but worked upon my return...strange but okay now.

Excellent experience with Precision Doors. Dominique Ramos was my technician. He gave me a courtesy call and arrived on time. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. Work was completed in about an hour. If you’re in the Shawnee area ask for Dom!!!
