The spring on our double garage door failed on Monday night. Called 7am Tuesday morning and Precision had someone there at 8:30am to replace the spring. Luke was the technician. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Precision for all your garage door needs!

On a scale of 1 to 10 we give them a 10. I called them at 9 pm and by 9 am my door was getting fixed. We had a complete garage overhaul. Russ did the labor and explained everything before and after. Yes, we will use them again

The technician showed up promptly at 8 am as scheduled and had the problem fixed in less than 30 min. I had tried to fix the safety eyes and messed them up. I was able to schedule an appointment via chat! Russ showed up within a few hours and was able to very quickly diagnose the multiple issues my door was having. We had to be gone the next day and Russ handled all of the repairs without forcing us to change our schedule. He then called to let me know the work was complete and I was able to pay over the phone. When I got home I had a perfectly working door! Precision door is a very modern operation and they communicate and get the work done accurately and quickly!
