Very personable and on time. I needed a estimate of the job for the replacement of the garage door. He sent it to my email, unfortunately I wasn't able to aquire it. I need something tangible, if at all possible...

I do not recommend this company. My first sign should have been not giving estimates prior to their visit, with all the technology available nowadays they can give estimates. The tech stood 6 ft from garage door and wrote up his estimate a photo of garage door would have done the same thing. Now I'm out the 49.99 trip charge if I don't use them they have you pretty much locked in or lose that money. Tech was rude, told me that all he did was replace the one broken spring per my request but now I have a door that doesn't shut all the way, you can see the sun shine through and it's hitting the rubber seal attached to garage door frame and as for the inspection he provided, you don't see the results until you get the invoice either by mail or email by that time the tech is long gone. Lastly, his estimates was supposed to minus the trip charges if repairs were over 100.00, but tech knew nothing about this so he said. ( he did take it off after confronted about it).

The ABSOLUTE BEST garage door company I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! After calling another company and waiting 2 days with no technician, I called Precision instead! The lady who scared the phone was super nice and guaranteed a technician out the same day—and he even came out at the exact time promised! Byron was extremely knowledgeable and even made our existing system a million times better—in less than 2 hours! I’ll never call that “other” company again!

I chose Precision based on my internet research of the company. The technician, Jack Walker, was on time and called 30 minutes prior to his arrival. A spring had broken on the door lift mechanism which was obvious. However over the years the mechanism had been pieced together with materials which were not as robust as they should have been for the weight of the old wooden door. These parts were in various stages of failure. Jack pointed these items out and gave me my options. He could have just fixed the spring and been on his way and I would have been happy. By replacing the items, I am now secure in knowing that my door will not need attention in the near future. Prompt, courteous, conscientious, and skilled workmanship, is what I expect, and Jack provided it all. Give them a call.

My family and I genuily appreciated your service from beginning to end. I called on a Friday night at 7PM and you had a technician out by 8:30AM on Saturday. We appreciated how fast you were able to get out considering our garage door would not shut. Lee was the technician that came out. He was amazing! He helped us understand what had happened to our garage. It was what we felt like a terrible situation and he made us feel like this was no big deal and we would be taken care of. He was very knowledgeable and personable. We want to thank you and Lee for your service. We will definitely use you again in the future and recommend friends and family your way. Thanks again!

Russ was very friendly and knowledge. Just unlucky that they were unable to find the right part to replace our warp garage door panel since our garage door is over 5 years old. We didn't want to replace our garage door but we would like to keep the same door and replace the warped panel.
