I called Precision after backing into my garage door. I received a same day appointment snd the technician, Corey, arrived promptly and assessed the situation. He showed me parts that had been damaged that were not initially visable and presented 2 options to repair the damage. He did not pressure me to choose one over the other. He made repairs, showed me what he had done and made sure the door was functioning smoothly. Corey was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with .

I had my garage door open half way to keep it cooler. I needed to quickly run an errand before heading to a medical appointment. I jumped in the car and backed out hitting the door with the roof of my car., forgetting it was not open all the way. I immediately called Precision whom I had used for repairs several times. Dominique arrived and quickly figured how to repair and reinforce the somewhat mangled looking door. I am certain that a less experienced technician would have necessitated a new door. I highly recommend Dominique and Precision!!

The service was great. We had a very knowledgeable technician and he never pressured us in any way. My issue is with the price of a torsion spring repair with a military discount cost us $869 . Seems a little much.

Technician spend no more than 5 minutes before deciding the garage door was non fixable. Then e-mailed a quote for an insulated garage door at $4,000 and uninsulated door at $2,000.00 Only thing I asked for was replacing the bracket holding the door to the garage door opener. He said it can't be done, and it had to be replaced. I called another company, and they fixed the issue by replacing the bracket. I personally think the technician was lazy and only want to sell me a new garage door and get his commission instead of fixing as I asked.

The entire process from beginning to end was phenomenal! I was originally a bit nervous about what all getting the garage door repaired would entail. A quick google search brought me here. The company sent Cody out the same day and he got to work immediately inspecting and assessing the issues. He was able to not only fix the problems but also left us with possibly the quietest garage door in the neighborhood! It’s been so loud for so long that we had honestly just accepted it for the freight train nuisance that it was. Cody’s easy going personality and expertise made for a great experience! We will most definitely be a return customer.
