My name is Lonnie Richey Sr. I want to thank Dom with Precision Garage Door OKC for the magnificent job he did replacing my garage door opener and rail. He was on time and greeted me with enthusiasm and professionalism. He explained what he was going to accomplish step by step. Once he began taking down the old opener he was thorough and ensured that I was able to ask questions if needed. He had everything down and up in about an hour and a half or so. He went through each area and fully explained how each component operated and invited me to ask more questions if I didn’t fully understand. The warranty was great and the price was right in my ballpark. Needless to say I wholeheartedly give Dom and Precision Garage Door OKC a five star review. Dom is great. Thanks again Dom.

We have used Precision Door in the past. They installed our new garage doors after the purchase of our home. This morning when my wife left and let the door down it had the bottom roller come out of the guide track. I was able to get it back in myself however I was unable to reengage the trolly. I called Precision and was able to talk to a person and get service with in 2 hours. The technician called when he was 20 minutes out and arrived promptly. He was friendly and listened to my explanation of what happened. He then checked out both doors and openers. Made some adjustments and recommendations for future maintenance. Such as our springs are entering the last 1/3 of their service life. No pressure or trying to up sell anything, just professional observations passed on to make an informed decision. It is refreshing to have a company respond quickly and professionally in this day and age. I have recommended Precision Door to several people because of the service after the sale.

The guy showed up when he said he would, which is nice. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He showed us different for types and answered every question we asked. The price was right around what we wanted to pay. I have had them replace the springs on my current for, so I upgraded to the premium springs and hardware. He put no pressure on me to upgrade. I would call them again if I need another door.

We moved to Mustang back in 2002 and have had numerous service companies out over the years. From lawn care to plumbers to painters to HVAC to roofers, you name it, we’ve had it. And honestly they’ve all been pretty decent. I had this company out today to fix a garage door that has been a nightmare the last few weeks. And for the first time I wish there was a way to add a “Special Sixth Star” because of the way they just ended our nightmare.

The lone spring on my garage door broke around noon today. My next-door neighbor told me Precision had replaced the springs on her garage door so I called to see when someone could come repair mine. It’s a holiday weekend so I was quite surprised when the lady told me someone could be at my house between 2:00 and 6:00…TODAY!! I received a phone call from one of the men just before 1:30 to let me know they were about 20 minutes from my house. Two gentlemen arrived at my house around 1:50. Both were so polite and professional. They checked my garage door system, looked up the parts and costs, and provided me an all-inclusive estimate which I approved. They got right to work, installed two new springs (which came with a 7 year warranty) along with a new bearing, and completed the job before 2:30. I’m so impressed with the fast service and will continue to be a customer from now on. In addition I will refer my family and others to Precision. Thank you for the wonderful and fast customer service!

We have been using Precision Garage Doors for several years now. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is needing garage door service. They have replaced our garage door and have serviced it several times. Even though our warranty had expired they have come out whenever we have had a concern or a problem and have told us on 2 different times that they were not going to charge us because whatever the problem has been that it should not have happened. They have always been extremely prompt (which is something that does not seem to be the norm anymore) and are very polite and knowledgeable. They have always been very meaty and clean and always carry off any trash, boxes, etc. I have no ties to this company. I actually researched them before using them and chose them out of a very long list of garage door companies. They have always come out the same day or the following day after contacting them. If you are looking for a reputable company that stands behind their work and products then this is the company that you need to contact.
