I needed to know if it was feasible to repair or replace. This was a multi action effort for either Garage door Repair or Garage door Replacement. I was lead step-by-step through the process. I was given an estimated cost for each choice. I was also asked if I understood the feedback I was getting. My garage doors are on order and I will revisit this site upon installation. Great service from the phone call to set up the appointment through the moment the technician left following the repair! The telephone agent was great - provided me with an appointment the next day at a time that fit my schedule. The technician arrived early on the appointment day after calling to confirm I was available. The technician was knowledgeable and efficient - completed the replacement of all moving parts of my garage door in about 20 minutes. The rebuild package I purchased seems to be well worth the investment - I recommend this business!

Prompt, Candid, Honest. Good value for product and service. My 18 year old Craftsman broke a chain and cable. Precision told me they wouldn't repair it. Not because they couldn't but that I would need to continually repair it and most of the parts would be obsolete. I took their advice to replace the opener. I didn't feel pressured or scammed. I felt like they were looking out for me. I was very impressed with how they managed me from the initial call, to the inspection of the unit, and to the new installation. It takes good organizational skills to make a service business like this function well. I couldn't be happier.

Our experience with Precision Door Service of OKC has been excellent. Initially we called them out on a opener repair. But, found the opener to be okay. A dent in the garage door was causing everything to be out of wack. The installation of a new door was completed in a professional manner by experienced installers. Broke a spring on the main double car door on a Friday afternoon late. Couldn't even open the door to get my truck out. Called Precision and they set me up with an 8:00 appointment for Saturday Morning. Russ called around 7:45 and was here and working by 8:00. Job was complete by 9:30 so I still had my entire Saturday free. Russ was very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of the repair. I would definitely call Precision again if I have a garage door issue. If you need a garage door fixed, Precision are the guys to call. You won't be disappointed.
