Jack Walker was very friendly and helpful. He was also knowledgeable, and his experience allowed him to repair our garage door despite the design flaws. We are delighted with the training and professionalism of your employees. We were given all information straightforwardly without any gimmicks or add-ons. We also liked that we were able to get same-day service. We will be using you guys again should the need arise.

Precision Door is Top Notch! Excellent Customer Service and affordable. Our technician Byron Watson was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Went far and beyond of any other technician we have had servicing our home. Explained what he was going do you and provided cost up front. Only replaced what was needed without trying to gouge customer with unnecessary repairs. I will be using Precision Door for all my needs as well as recommend to my friends and family. 5 STARS across the board.
