Jack came to our home on time and quickly inspected our door and system. He gave us several options to fix our problems. He was able to replace all door hinges and rollers and align the tracks to solve our problems. Kudos to Jack and Precision for outstanding service!

The technician was great. The initial price was totally unreasonable but after some discussion I accepted the price. There were some issues with the weatherstripping and it had to be manipulated a few times but I think it’ll be fine after some adjustments were made. Again, I can’t stress enough how awesome the actual installer was. The picture shows how the light was coming in around the door upon initial installation. I will post the after pictures soon.

Tre really nice and knowledgeable technician. No pressure at all. I chose to do a complete overhaul as I was already replacing spring. 3 bearings and new rollers. Company had good communications. Showed up on time and very professional. $1645 for all. Don’t know how that compares but I happy with service and would use them again. I would also ask for Tre again.
