Another local company had been servicing us for years and they constantly told us everything that was wrong and charged inflated prices because they were the only show in town until Precision arrived in Norman. Very pleased to know we are with the right company and technician. Teagan fixed all the problems that were left undone (in order to contact "other" company again and again) and our 2 garage doors are smooth and quiet. Springs replaced, shafts corrected and bolts replaced. Awesome friendly service!

I found Teagan Cluff to be very professional, thoughtful and courteous. After a recent storm and power outage, I was unable to reconnect my equipment. Teagan came out, connected my door, and took the time to show me how to do it again myself in the future. While he was here, he didn’t pressure me to buy new equipment, but he did point out a few things I might want to keep an eye on. I couldn’t have asked for anyone to be more kind and courteous.
