I had Precision Garage Door replace my garage door springs a while back and my 15 year old garage door opener started to fail. I liked the way my garage doors were repaired so it was an easy choice to call Precision to replace my opener. The tech arrived about three hours after my call. Fortunately it was the same tech, Paul, who had repaired the garage doors. He gave me some cost comparisons between repair and replacement. Since my equipment was old I decided to go with a mid-range replacement opener. Paul had it up and running in less than two hours.

I appreciated that he broke it down into what needed to be done to get the garage door repaired and what was recommended to be done to prevent future problems. I was given a time window for the technicians arrival of between 2 and 6; Jesse arrived around 2:30, calling before to let me know he was on his way.
