Very satisfied with Precision Garage Door Service. Jesse Warren did a fantastic job, was very easy to talk to, and clearly explained all the problems found. I appreciated that he broke it down into what needed to be done to get the garage door repaired and what was recommended to be done to prevent future problems. He showed me each issue so I could see how it was not working properly or was worn out. I was given a time window for the technicians arrival of between 2 and 6; Jesse arrived around 2:30, calling before to let me know he was on his way. He was very professional and polite (even after being in a hot garage working for a couple of hours). I will definitely be recommending Precision Garage Door Services to others; they exceeded my expectations. They solved the problem quickly, keeping me informed about my options and what they were doing. Jesse was very helpful, courteous, and quite professional.

Called in the morning. Appointment made for same afternoon. Tech was on time. Gave a complete evaluation and identified the problem I was having with my opener. Was given an estimate for a new opener and an estimate for temporary repair. Decided to buy a new opener which was installed promptly.

Car was accidentally driven into garage door. Minimal damage but some twisted hardware. Had used precision before for a broken spring so called them again. Surprisingly they were able to get out the same day. Technician was very articulate and attentive to the smallest of detail ( as some damage was hardly visible.
