The garage door became hung and would only close half-way. This was a Sunday afternoon and were looking at the upcoming night with temperatures in the teens. Russ was on the job within about 2 hours of being called and quickly got the door securely closed. The original door installer was primarily a M-F 8-5 operation and not available. After checking out Precision's clean BBB report, I was comfortable in selecting Precision and was happy I did so.

I am a RN with a crazy schedule but when I was cancelled today, I called Precision and got an appointment for the same day. The technician, Luke was early and very efficient with no pushy sales pitch. I will definitely use them again

I regret I was not able to wait until Monday to get a new garage opener installed. Because of weather concerns I decided to purchase an opener from another vendor. The weather conditions never materialized. My age and physical condition made it difficult to operate the door manually. I was impressed by Russ's knowledge and professionalism and will call on Precision in the future for service and maintenance.

This is the best garage door company I have ever done business with. The technician,(Luke Pyle) was very professional and did an excellent job. The price was very reasonable. I will use them again if I ever have any garage door problems with my home or with any of my rental properties. 5 STARS!
