When I decided to purchase a keypad entry for my garage door I called Precision because when I had an emergency with the pulley on my door and I could not get my car out they came out the same day I called. Making the appointment and getting the job done was quick and easy. The two young men who installed the keypad were polite and explained everything they needed to do. After I made the appointment I got a followup email with the appointment time within a couple of hours. They had a link to their website so you could familiarize yourself with the technicians who might be coming to do the work. Good idea in this day and age.

EXCELLENT service! We needed our garage door repaired - called Precision, talked to a body, set up an appointment, appointment call for confirmation, technician arrived on time. Door fixed in no time and gave an estimate (because we asked) on a new garage door and installation. Very impressed with the prices. Also impressed that they sent me three estimates assisting me in making a decision on good/better/best garage door. I will use Precision as long as they are in business! I have no desire to shop elsewhere after the excellent service and customer service we have received.

One of the springs broke on Friday evening and first thing Saturday morning two technicians showed up. Less than 30 minutes later I had a fully functional garage door. Technicians were prompt, polite, and professional!

WOW! A service company that actually shows up on time, when they say they will. My garage door was older and required some different springs so they had to come back after the initial visit. Not only did they arrive ON TIME for the first appointment, they were 5 minutes EARLY when they returned to complete the job. More importantly, they did a great job repairing my garage door. After coming home late at night my garage door just gave in and was crushed from the top! Probably not as dramatic as I typed it but at the time it was the worst damage I ever experienced. With a quick Google search and Precision popped up... I read reviews and started a chat with a knowledgeable CSR. About 12p, I called made an appointment and was told there would be a technician out between 6p-8p. By 3:45 Luke, with a trainee, came out and my garage is back in working in good condition. Easy Peasy lemon Squeezy! Luke was knowledgeable, precise and easy to talk to. They worked as a team and got the job done within an hour. I had a new garage door and opener installed. They did an excellent job of installing both and the installers were very friendly. I only have 2 minor gripes. 1. I wish someone would have asked if I had eye points for my opener at the time I was requesting the garage door so I could have had them arrange for the new opener at the same time. 2. When they left us the two remotes for the opener, I noticed later that one of the was well used and not new. It was exchanged without a problem.

I understand Monday was a holiday and I appreciate them coming same day however I was not pleased that when I asked why I had to pay another 150.00 for a second spring when I have owned the home 15 years and it's always only had just one to be told that's the way it is and he would only do the repair if I would pay for two. Also the ad on the website said call today and rec a discount excluding Sunday's but the tech advised me that the website promotions were not valid on Monday either

Dear Mike Thank you for taking the time to review our company. We understand your frustration. We apologize that the representative who scheduled your appointment was not clear in addressing the service fee offer. Please understand, we are one of the only (if not the only) company that will waive their service fee with a repair. Holidays are most certainly an exemption to this offer. Industry standard requires the replacement of two springs on a double door. Usually when one spring breaks the second spring which has as much wear and tear on it breaks shortly after this causing the homeowner a second headache. Knowing that both springs are replaced at the same time allows you to know how much wear there is on the springs.
