When my garage door would not open,even manually, I needed help quickly! After calling about my problem I had an appointment for that afternoon. Imagine my surprise when the technician called and said he would be here at 1:00 when my appointment time was between 1 and 3. This has never happened in my experience. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I also liked the fact that I had an email with names and pictures so I knew who to expect when I opened my door. I would definitely recommend Precision!

Oh my goodness! What a wonderful surprise! I was on my way to a workout and could not get the garage door open. I have an appointment early tomorrow morning and was in a panic. Initial call, Russ discovered my problem was more extensive that just the door opener. The garage door assembly had gone out and my door opener had been doing the heavy lifting for sometime. Russ provided me with the 3 options to fix my problem. I chose to get a new door and opener verses having a repaired door and new opener.
