I need to set up the warranty for my new garage door opener. I called a month ago and tried to speak with the chat bot. The chat bot said I would receive an email to sign up for the warranty. Of course life happens when you least expect it. Yesterday, my garage door decided it would go out with a bang, literally. After calling several garage door repair companies, Percision Garage Door was the only company able to schedule a technician to come to my house and look at my garage door that morning. Elijah, the service technician, text me about an hour later to let me know he was headed my way. After throughly inspecting my garage door, Elijah not only found the issues I was already aware of but also a few I wasn’t. I was given several options to get me back to a working door. While I wasn’t able to get my door repaired/replaced the same day, Elijah made sure my garage door was lowered and secured before he left-which was my biggest worry. Thanks Elijah!

Hi, when i called they told me the technician will come andvestimate and it is free. but he came checke, teste and gave me the estimate. Then asked to pay $59 a service fee. toke a box from te sensore and, as hesaid, programmed it. He should tell me what is he doing and how much is it then if i agree charging me, they told me on the phone. He was a good technician but did not follow your policy. i believe should refunded to me. Sorry but i find another source. Thank you p.s. Sevice selected was mandatory in this review and without my confirmation for the job
