Cody came out to repair a broken spring and discovered a raft of problems that contributed to the spring breaking. The problem was so complex that he asked Justin to come by and give him some advice on the best approach to fixing the issues. Together, Cody and Justin made it right. Cody has the exact blend of customer service and the right way to explain issues and problems. We were very impressed with the excellent service we received. As much as the expense was a surprise, I believe the work they accomplished will allow us not to have to replace doors any time soon. Thank you for the professionalism, skill, and empathy. It is rare to possess all three.

A spring broke on our door late Fri. morning. The first company that came up was Precision and it said i could book online. I never thought wane would be able to get svc today, but was able to book an appointment. I got an immediate text and email confirmation. Later Tegan called to let us know he was coming. He showed up on time, He replaced a spring and made sure everything was in order. He was friendly and professional. He was able to even save us some money! We would definately call Precision again!! I usually don't do reviews unless I have a complaint, but the service I recently received from Precision Door was uncommonly superb. Booking the appointment online was super easy and fast. Tim, my tech was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He arrived right on time, listened to my description of the multiple issues I was experiencing, and gave me a detailed quote of the agreed-upon repairs (just the minimum to make it operable). About an hour into the job, Tim suggested a few added part replacements (along with the costs for each) that made the old door I was probably going to replace in couple of years look and perform like a whole new door. He did all this on a HOT afternoon and stayed with the job until finished at 7:30 PM! He also disposed of all old parts, AND took the time to program the built-in openers on 2 vehicles. I couldn't be happier and will definitely use them again!
