I have been completely satisfied with the new belt drive door operating system installed by precision door service. Recently, I had warranty service to adjust the closing gap between the door and the floor. Scheduling the repair was quick and easy, the service technician was prompt and courteous, he performed the adjustment, now the door works perfect. I understand Monday was a holiday and I appreciate them coming same day however I was not pleased that when I asked why I had to pay another 150.00 for a second spring when I have owned the home 15 years and it's always only had just one to be told that's the way it is and he would only do the repair if I would pay for two. Also the ad on the website said call today and rec a discount excluding Sunday's but the tech advised me that the website promotions were not valid on Monday either

Arrived at 2:00, explained what needed to be done, and additional maintenance that might be required. No hard sell, just honest recommendations. I would rate your service as being a 5 star. Your technician was very knowledgeable. He informed me that by code the garage door required two springs. He also explained the safety reason for having two springs verses one. Great job!

When my garage door would not open,even manually, I needed help quickly! After calling about my problem I had an appointment for that afternoon. Imagine my surprise when the technician called and said he would be here at 1:00 when my appointment time was between 1 and 3. This has never happened in my experience. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I also liked the fact that I had an email with names and pictures so I knew who to expect when I opened my door. I would definitely recommend Precision!
