When my garage door would not open,even manually, I needed help quickly! After calling about my problem I had an appointment for that afternoon. Imagine my surprise when the technician called and said he would be here at 1:00 when my appointment time was between 1 and 3. This has never happened in my experience. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I also liked the fact that I had an email with names and pictures so I knew who to expect when I opened my door. I would definitely recommend Precision!

Oh my goodness! What a wonderful surprise! I was on my way to a workout and could not get the garage door open. I have an appointment early tomorrow morning and was in a panic. Who was I going to get late in the afternoon to come and fix the garage door? And I had no idea what was wrong. So I head to the internet with my fingers crossed and there you all were! This has to be the best December I have had in a long time. What a courteous young man came to my rescue - after an understanding visit with, I believe, Ashley. Don't think for a minute that you all will not be on my "keep this card" list. I learned so much. And have no doubt I will be calling you after the first of the year to talk about a new garage door.

Initial call, Russ discovered my problem was more extensive that just the door opener. The garage door assembly had gone out and my door opener had been doing the heavy lifting for sometime. Russ provided me with the 3 options to fix my problem. I chose to get a new door and opener verses having a repaired door and new opener. Final call,Russ and Luke completed the project in about 3 hours. They were courteous and answered my questions. No trash was left behind. Very professional in performing their job. Primary spring busted during the night with both cars inside. Was stranded by the failure. Problem happened on a Saturday night, so I was apprehensive about getting it fixed on Sunday. Precision was immediately available, instant response, technician arrived within an hour, did complete assessment of the problem, offered two levels of service. After selecting the complete rebuild, the job was immediately addressed and within several hours, my garage door was operating better than new, with components rated better than original. Couldn't be done better. Turns out the, technician was the owner of the company. If his example is inspirational, this company will continue to be a powerful example of the success of small American business.

I was amazed that when I called I could get service the same day for the broken spring. Luke was very knowledgeable and changed it very quickly. I have owned an overhead garage door company on the east coast and was impressed with the service I received. He had a remote opener that would open both my doors and programmed it for me.
