The entire process from beginning to end was phenomenal! I was originally a bit nervous about what all getting the garage door repaired would entail. A quick google search brought me here. The company sent Cody out the same day and he got to work immediately inspecting and assessing the issues. He was able to not only fix the problems but also left us with possibly the quietest garage door in the neighborhood! It’s been so loud for so long that we had honestly just accepted it for the freight train nuisance that it was. Cody’s easy going personality and expertise made for a great experience! We will most definitely be a return customer.

Cody came out to repair a broken spring and discovered a raft of problems that contributed to the spring breaking. The problem was so complex that he asked Justin to come by and give him some advice on the best approach to fixing the issues. Together, Cody and Justin made it right. Cody has the exact blend of customer service and the right way to explain issues and problems. We were very impressed with the excellent service we received. As much as the expense was a surprise, I believe the work they accomplished will allow us not to have to replace doors any time soon. Thank you for the professionalism, skill, and empathy. Our garage door would not raise. Cody came out prepared to fix the bent strut bar and put a heavy duty steel one in, fixed the lift spring, adjusted the door spring and made sure the door sealed properly. I will ask for Cody for any future service, he is the best, very professional and courteous.
