Good fast service. Beware that every little tiny thing they fix will be super over priced. New braided cable that would be 2 bucks at Home Depot? 200 bucks and 5 mins to replace with precision. They replaced my old unit with one that’s 600 bucks online, repaired a few worn parts on the door, and charged almost $2,500 dollars. The tech was nice tho and not his fault precision knows once they’re out there you’re boned.

I had a mixed experience with Precision Garage Door. I had a spring break on my garage door and I called them because of the good reviews. When you call them, an AI agent answers and offers to help with questions and scheduling. I asked it what their general price is to replace a spring and it replied about $100 installed. I figured this was probably a low price to include labor, but I was pretty surprised when their technician recommended two springs and quoted them at $550 each and a total closer to $2,000 after including additional parts. I ended up having them fix it since they were able to do it immediately, but the price was definitely high. In positives, they had a very quick turnaround from call to completion and the techs were polite, knowledgeable, and seemed to do good work.

A very good job but after doing some online research (of which I should have done to start) I paid what looks to have been just under twice to much. Good job! But they are why to much money

I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. I’ve been a repeat customer for years and was seriously considering spending $4,000 on a new garage door with this company. Thankfully, I saw how they operate before moving forward. I asked for pricing upfront before scheduling help to connect my WiFi. They did not disclose the cost. After the visit, I was charged $99 for what amounted to pressing a button, something that took seconds and required no real service. Charging customers without clearly disclosing pricing beforehand is unacceptable. It feels misleading and shows a lack of transparency. This experience completely broke my trust. If this is how they handle a simple service call, I have no confidence in how they would handle larger, more expensive work. I will not be using them again, and I would caution others to get clear, written pricing before agreeing to any service.

I called Precision because they were certified installers for the Genie lifts. I was not getting any cooperation with the Genie Corporate so I called Pecision. Dominique Ramos came out and fixed the problem and also suggested several other problems in alignment and sagging problems that would ultimately cause problems and damage to the door. Now the doors are straight, quiet and don't close with a bang/crash noise. Dominique was very professional and quick to identify and solve my door problems. Now my 75 year old knees are the only thing creaking! Has he tried his hands at orthopedics?

I need to set up the warranty for my new garage door opener. I called a month ago and tried to speak with the chat bot. The chat bot said I would receive an email to sign up for the warranty. Our garage door was giving us trouble opening and closing. I called Precision and they were at my house in less than an hour. I showed Dominique what was going on, he took some time to diagnose the issue and clearly showed me what was going on and explained what he was showing me. I needed a new opener, the original had major wear and was struggling to lift the door or close it completely and safely. To my surprise, the door itself has a lot of life left, it just needed some adjustments and some broken parts replaced. Dominique showed me three options and let me decide which option I wanted to go with. I chose the least expensive option, and Dominique was completely on board with that. No pressure to upsell. That is VERY MUCH APPRECIATED! In an hour and a half, he was done with the install, the adjustment of the overhead door, and programming the keypad. Highly recommended!
