Not only couldn't talk to a real person, the AI Agent that answers will not give any info, simply takes your name, phone number, etc. Wanted me to spell my name out....really, just wasted my time. All I needed was an email address so I could send a quote sheet sent over for seven garage doors, but after wasting my time with the fine AI Agent and scouring the website for a contact email, I gave up.
