I called Precision garage in 2025 October as my garage door was making a rattling sound. Two technicians came and charged me $900 and the garage door become worse after their repair. It wasn't closing completely and was leaving a gap to one side where it hit the ground. Another side was getting hit onto the ground hard. It was closing lopsidedly. I called them back to fix the gap. They came once and were not able to fix it. I called again to ask for an experienced technician and no one responded. I wish I could give them a negative rating. Called another garage company and they were able to fix my garage door right away.

Elijah Hall was my technician. I was in need of a replacement overhead door opener and I had a specific model in mind with a battery backup. He had a Liftmaster model on board that checked all the boxes. He also recommended a door overhaul which he also performed. I was very impressed with the service. I will admit it was expensive, but it is well worth it and you get an extended warranty as part of the service. I recommended getting a professional to install and Elijah and Precision are the folks to use.
