We had a mini garage door emergency and called Precision. Dominique arrived exactly when they told us he would (wothin a few hours of.our call). He was knowledgable, friendly, and extremely competent. He repaired our garage door quickly and properly, exactly has he said he would. We are extremely appreciate of Dominique and Precision Garage Door Service. Highly recommend!

This was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. I made my appointment on line for today which was SUNDAY between 12-4. The technician called and said he would be there in 40 minutes. He was on time and in the window I had selected. His name was Tanner and could not have been for informative and extremely professional. He gave me my options for possible repair and never pressured me to by a new. Since my opener was 26 years old I decided to replace. Told me the total price upfront and I was pleased. This was the main 2 car door. I also asked him to look at the third door because it was not running smoothly. He installed the new motor and fixed the third door. Greased all hinges and rails fittings and gave me a new3 can of LUBE for me to use twice a year. Finally went through the entire operation setting up all remotes and outside key pad. Cannot see why anyone would use someone other than Precision. Ask for Tanner if you can although I would suspect all their employees are trained for good customer service.

Called them late on Friday afternoon after the garage door spring broke. They came out first thing Saturday morning and didn’t charge extra for a weekend service call. They had all the parts on their van and made some great recommendations and suggestions. I couldn’t afford the whole package suggestion. They were very easy to work with on paring down the package of upgraded parts and repairing the door and improving it and keeping it within our budget. The two service technicians were very professional. They worked fast and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again. Hopefully for not a long time.

The scheduling was prompt and as promised, the technician showed up within 2hrs of my call. Tanner was pleasant, professional, and efficient. He showed me the problems with my garage door, explained my options, and fixed the door. He noticed that some joints/ bolts that were suboptimal and fixed those to prevent future issues. Great work!

Jordan and Robert did an excellent job! I called in the morning and was able to get an evening appointment. Jordan called me when they were on their way and he and Robert were so friendly and helpful from the moment they arrived. They listened to my concerns, did an inspection, and then reviewed our options before making the repair. As fairly new homeowners, we could not have had a better experience with Jordan and Robert.
