Their technician, Jesse, was prompt, friendly, and professional. We considered replacing the door vs repairing it, but after inspecting it, he told us it was in good condition and once repaired, should be just fine. His honesty saved us from spending a lot more than we needed to. After a few hours of work, the old door was operating more smoothly and quietly than it has since we bought the home seven years ago! And we have a seven year warranty on all parts and labor. Wow!

I needed new weather stripping on my single door garage. My technician, Robert, did a great job. He gave me a quote that I thought was very reasonable. He also sprayed the rollers on the door because they seemed to drag a little. What a difference! Robert was here maybe an hour and I really appreciate the job he did and his cheery friendly attitude. I will definitely call Precision Door again when I need them.

Dom was fantastic to work with and didn't try to upsell anything. The work was done efficiently and timely and he knows his craft well. I would HIGHLY recommend over competitors in Norman who would either charge MUCH more or not stand behind their parts. They have springs manufactured just for them and they are outstanding build quality - 7 year warranty.
