A spring broke on our door late Fri. morning. The first company that came up was Precision and it said i could book online. I never thought wane would be able to get svc today, but was able to book an appointment. I got an immediate text and email confirmation. Later Tegan called to let us know he was coming. He showed up on time, He replaced a spring and made sure everything was in order. He was friendly and professional. He was able to even save us some money! We would definately call Precision again!! I wish I could remember the names of the two gentlemen that came out to help with our garage door. They came in and interacted with my family (including the toddler and the dog!) and took time to explain the options and what they could do. Then they went out to the garage and got us up and running in a little over an hour! They kept us informed as they progressed and came out to show us their quality work. They made sure we were satisfied with the fixes and wrapped up the job! We’ll use Precision again, for sure!
