Steven was the perfect employee to send to our house to repair a broken spring on the garage door! He was professional, had a friendly and helpful personality, and was very respectful! He explained what he had to do and went to work. I had a sticker of a previous garage repair company on my garage door. I asked Steven for a PRECISION sticker. Our garage door’s cable came loose and I had seen the ads on TV and decided to give Precision a try. The door is 20 years old and had not been serviced before. JESSE BURNS with PRECISION GARAGE DOOR of OKC came out the next day (I called thinking I’d leave a message because it was around 4:30 on July 3rd when I emailed them, which means Mr. Burns repaired my garage door ON A HOLIDAY! I replaced a very long list of parts that seemed to fly off from everywhere when the garage door collided with my garbage can! It was SO SMOOTH and SO QUIET when he was finished, it was actually better than a brand new garage door opener! The last home I owned WAS a new home and the garage door was loud and clanky. I often thought it was going to just fall off one day!! Mr. Burns was spot on time and let me know by text message his ETA, which was great! And the price for all I replaced was quite fair! I will DEFINITELY recommend PRECISION GARAGE DOOR of OKC to anyone needing their services!

Our garage door spring snapped so I wanted to have a reliable company we can count on so I shopped outside the Stillwater area and contacted Precision Garage Door out of OKC. I was blessed enough to have Zach Johnson show up at my door. Communication was perfect from the first phone call to the last goodbye. This technician is simply very hard working and extremely polite. We went over all our options and decided on a new garage with all new hardware to include the opener. Zach worked for several hours installing the new garage door opener and spring just so I could open the garage door until my new garage door gets here. He is very professional, kind and courteous. My only concern is that I asked if all screws were picked up, told yes and after he left, I found three screws and two washers on my garage floor. I do have carpet and luckily decided to vacuum before pulling our vehicles in. Otherwise a costly mistake. Even with that though, I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door. I can't wait to have a better quality garage door in a few weeks!! Thank you for serving Stillwater and for recognizing the military. We appreciate that very much!
