Their adv/website said "same day service". I called about 12 noon with a garage door problem hoping to at least get a 2nd day service since I called mid day. NO Way. Same day! Courteous lady on phone took my info and a qualified tech was at my house by 2:00 PM. Uniform, company truck, picture on appointment notice for security. He was amazing! Very knowledgeable and helpful in diagnosis of problem and educating me on my options. No hard sell-just great advice and options available. Paul was the nicest man and very professional, friendly and efficient. After hard work he had me all taken care of with an affordable new system (my failed unit was over 20s old!). He oriented me on all the features, and enhanced my garage door fit as well. Great guy! Hard worker. Friendly and professional. Wonderful asset to his company. He is the reason I will use this company again and I will definitely ask for him. The company lived up to promise of quality service same day and took care of me beyond my expectations. Definitely made a repeat customer in me and I will tell my friends and family. Thanks for a refreshing repair experience Paul and Precision!

I chose Precision for their reviews, experience and the fact they were local franchise. I also liked the convenience of scheduling online. As a first time client, I was impressed with the professionalism of the technician. Jesse was neat, professionally dressed in Precision polo, was on time and walked me through details of issues. To help me manage costs, he outlined the issues that needed to be addressed immediately and those that could wait a few months. Jesse was able to correct the issues and I was pleased with quality of repair. I plan to have balance of work completed late summer/early fall and will schedule annual service with Precision.

Our garage door spring broke last night and we couldn’t open the door. I called before 8 o’clock on a Saturday morning and Jesse, the repair man, was here before 830. Did a bang up job! Explained everything and pointed out some optional items that I could do, but no pressure or bs. I would call these people out again without hesitation. Of course I would request Jesse, but the company culture seems such that I’m sure they have other capable people. Jesse was rock solid, and very pleasant to deal with!

Another employee had to come and help. My technician was very quick to come earlier than expected in his scheduled time. Upon his assessment and need for another technician to assist, which was there in about 10 or 15 minutes. The best teamwork and I got my garage door back in great working order. The best. Very friendly and stayed focused on their job and my safety. Being disabled they moved things as needed.
