I needed a repair right away on a Saturday. I called at 1030am and the Tech arrived by 130 after giving me a call 30 min out. Russ had several years experience, diagnosed the problem right away and gave me an reasonable estimate. Repairs were completed timely and the door is fine now with a new spring and rollers Based on this experience I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Old opener broke about 12:30 pm and technician had the new one installed by 5:30 the same day. He did excellent work and explained everything thoroughly. He even did a few things extra that was not part of the installation. The whole system runs quieter than I think it did originally.

I called in the day my spring broke on my door, the next day they had somebody out as soon as I got off work. 30 minutes later it’s all fixed up and it works better then it has since I’ve lived their! Tech was extremely nice and knowledgeable, price was a bit higher then expected but for the quality of customer service, speed, and knowledge makes it well worth it. 10 out of 10 recommend these guys!
