Adam was a super nice young man and informed me of what he thought was my problem and it totally made sense. He explained everything he was doing and why. After he finished he made sure my wife and I were happy and we were. But my problem cameback but not as bad as before. I dont blame him because with what he did and how it sounded when he left we also thought it was as good as it could get. Its an older door and maybe its as good as it can be. I still rate this company 5 STARS. All the employees I have dealt with have been 5 star also.

I reached out about 9pm on a Saturday night once I discovered my spring was broken. I heard back from them that night and got a service call scheduled for the following Tuesday. Adam called as promised and showed up early in the stated service window. He was very detailed on showing me where my problems were with my door and gave me options on how much of it to replace. Once we came to a decision, he was done within an hour. Great service.

At 8:30 a.m., I managed to back into my partially opened garage door, which faces south and takes the brunt of the great Oklahoma wind. I called the first company that Google pulled up and thank heavens it was Precision! They immediately booked an appointment and Adam Hatfield arrived at about noon and was done with all that needed repaired as well some a number of issues he found wrong with my opening system by 2 p.m. He replaced the main spring, plus added another since it should have had 2 of them! He replaced broken/cracked wheels and hinges and reinforced the panels because of the wind's potential to cause damage over time (my request). I am SO impressed with their quick and quality service, thankful for the military discount, and their 7 year warranty for their work. Thank you, thank you!!!

broken spring on saturday trapped our car in the garage. filled out online form for appt on monday morning. precision called on sunday morning to help that day if we needed. really appreciated that courtesy. on monday adam came to the house and gave us the full service price for repairs on our old door and opener with individual prices for each thing broken out. we were able to just pick what we wanted done that day. he was very professional and helpful with his advice. he did a great job. love the 24/7 availability.

Great and same day service! One of my garage door springs broke and I couldn’t open the garage manually. Adam checked out the whole garage door for any additional issues.
