We were able to schedule a repair on that Saturday afternoon, the day the springs broke, which was a blessing because we could not get our garage door open. I found this company by doing a Google search. Happily, the technician was professional and courteous. He offered multiple options to either fix the opener or replace it. I knew the system was so old that it wasn’t worth patching, so I chose to replace it. I didn’t feel pressured to replace the old system in the least. The new system is quiet and reliable. I just wish I had done it sooner.

The Teck was fine the price was over the top, he originally quoted me around 500 $ to put in 2 rubber gaskets which is outrageous the material could not have cost more than 75$ and I'm fine with 150 $ service call these prices are crazy Last year i had the same thing done in Bartlesville for 185$ NOT A HAPPY customer PS I also think he cut them to short

Came out same day as called. Technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. Got job done very quickly and he cleaned up. Not cheap, but would rather pay the price for good work that lasts. Definitely would recommend them.

I when my garage door system broke I went to the website and search for garage door repair company and selected precision and called, a tech was out in a couple of hours and did all the repairs needed. I was happy with the work Alex did. Not once did I feel like he did not know what he was doing. He answered all my questions. Explained what caused my issues. And explained each part he needed to replace and why. All made sense to me. My garage door works better than it has since The 6 years I’ve been at home.

The service technician was great. He called when he was on his way and did a good job. However, I believe that the parts were seriously upcharged over what is considered fair. I looked up some of the items used on line and I was charged 200 to 600% plus more than what I found on line. My total bill was 800$ just to change from spring openers to tortion. That seems ridiculous to me.

Wasted an entire day waiting on the tech to show up. Well he finally showed up and took his sweet time “looking at my garage door. I wasn’t home at the time so he refused to work on and repair my garage door. I told him only a house sitter was there and that she had full authority to authorize any repair.well he still refused to repair my door. So suffice it to say I WILL NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOR ANYTHING. He was rude and nasty to my hose sitter whom is my cousin. He really needs to reattend customer satisfaction school, though I doubt he would pass. WHAT A JERK!!!!!

One of our garage doors stopped functioning. A friend gave me the info for Precision Garage. The technician, Mike, who came out was completely professional and helpful. I was actually not even at the property but he called me on the phone and described all of the issues that were happening due to the previous homeowner's lack of upkeep. Mike finished the work in about an hour and the door is now functioning properly. I know because he was kind enough to send me a short clip of it working. Precision will always be my first call when I have any garage door issues in the future. I can't recommend them highly enough!
