They responded quickly to my need for door motor issues. Tanner, who came to my home, was very professional and communicative about the issue. Another company came out before Precision and said I probably needed a new motor. The plug had been moved from it's original position to other side and that side was defective and not generating power. Precision also works on Liftmaster motors and Tanner was knowledgeable about the battery backups that I have which the previous company did not. I give Precision an A++

I run a nonprofit and called on a Friday afternoon and Mark was out to the business within a couple hours! He did a great job. He not only fixed the garage door, but went above and beyond and had it working better than it did before. I decided to have them come back out to add some rubber to the bottom for a better seal. Mark came out and had it done quickly. He does a great job!! I am so very pleased with Superior and their customer service as well with Brooklyn and Paige. Top notch company!!! Highly recommend!!!
