We were actually fortunate to find Precision Garage Door online. It was in the evening, and we were impressed with the ease of scheduling online. We were able to choose a window of time that met our schedule for the next day. Noah called about 10 minutes before the start of the window and arrived quickly. He was able to address our issue and answer our questions. He performed the required service quickly and professionally. He took the time to help program our garage opener to our car. He also pointed out an issue with the door. When we are ready to replace the door, we’ll have no hesitation in calling Precision.

Super quick to come out, BUT definitely will up sale you on parts you don’t need. After multiple quotes, Precision was by far the highest. When explaining we would need to check on current warranties/previous companies who installed the garage door, the technician was very cold. He questioned my integrity on if I knew I had a current warranty and still called Precision for an appointment which was beyond inappropriate. His attitude was unprofessional (I.e.: calling his boss to complain about customers wanting a better price and or quote all while still being inside our home). The technician went as far as to question me about having other businesses perform a service - as if that was any of his business. It wasn’t until our final quote that it became apparent that the company was quoting outrageous pricing (told to us by a large garage door franchise) and being very pushy for us to let them fix it the same day. All in all Precision is very quick to help, but it will cost you an arm and a leg as well as their employees being downright disrespectful and rude.

Adam and his partner came as we ask for a free estimate and they were able to give us a quote and were able to replace all the old weather stripping and do the general maintenance needed the same day. They were professional and respectful and did a great job with quality materials. It was a little more costly but we wanted it done before the colder weather came. We are very happy with the outcome.

Our garage doors were losing reception to the point we had to use manual option to open and close. Adam, the technician explained how the motherboard was the central problem for reception. He then gave a thorough inspection to the mechanical doors and discovered more serious problems. He replaced the worn out parts and installed our new liftmasters very quickly., and explained the maintenence needs as well. We were more than pleased with the whole process. Precision is our go-to for all things garage door! They are very responsive, detailed, thorough, and enjoyable to work with. A tension cable rusted and broke today and the garage door was barely hanging on. I called at 12:30, they were here by 2, and it was fixed by 4. It was very expensive, something I had read about in other reviews, but I still was not prepared for how expensive it really was? Miguel was polite, but could not explain to me why the $800 opener was more advantageous than the $500 opener. In addition why the same brand at Lowe's was much less expensive, but then adding installation fees at Lowe's equalized the expense a bit. He mentioned something about it being professional grade, but again he did not explain why I needed that level or what that really means. He did an excellent job and was able to fix other problems with the garage door. He gave us asenior discount which was much appreciated! However, I was frustrated that I had to discover on my own that it was Wi-Fi enabled and then determine how to access that capability. If I'm paying top-dollar for service, I should have been informed of these capabilities and assisted with their implementation. I like knowing I have a quality opener (even though I'm still not sure of the details) with a solid warranty behind it.
