Our garage door was giving us trouble opening and closing. I called Precision and they were at my house in less than an hour. I showed Dominique what was going on, he took some time to diagnose the issue and clearly showed me what was going on and explained what he was showing me. I needed a new opener, the original had major wear and was struggling to lift the door or close it completely and safely. To my surprise, the door itself has a lot of life left, it just needed some adjustments and some broken parts replaced. Dominique showed me three options and let me decide which option I wanted to go with. I chose the least expensive option, and Dominique was completely on board with that. No pressure to upsell. That is VERY MUCH APPRECIATED! In an hour and a half, he was done with the install, the adjustment of the overhead door, and programming the keypad. Highly recommended!

Steven was excellent, professional, and helpful. He explained everything thoroughly and walked me through the details. Job was done quick and well. Upon further review though, the cost seems high. Parts alone for the job is around $400 and the total job was $1200. $800 for 2 hrs labor seems high despite the quality work.

Your technician Cody did a great job. Professional, kind and courteous. As for the AI that answers the phone...ditch it!! It gave me a price that was nothing but misleading not to mention it was creepy, so creepy and very impersonal. This is why you didn't get a 5 star review, the technician was 5 Stars!!

I have used Precision Door before and the service I have always received has been superior. Today, I had one of my door openers that I have had for 8+ years had older technology. Still worked but was very noisy. Thought I might be wearing out the motor. Thought that it needed possible adjustments to make it operate better. Was given same day appointment. The tech, Dominique had many years experience . Thoroughly checked it out and determined it was operating correctly. There was some wear on some of the gears (plastic). Could not repair or replace the parts. I could replace the opener and gave me several options and associated costs. Said he. Could not predict how long it would last but waiting was one of the options. You have no idea how much I appreciated that. And believe it or not he did not charge me ANYTHING!!! I choose Precision Garage Door because they were able to come out the same day. They take cash, credit cards are checks which can be spaced out over 3 months. If more than one person is helping you pay the invoice they will let you split the payment between you.

I had the motor go out on my garage door opener yesterday around 4:00. I called Precision and they were able to send a repairman out pretty quickly. Teagan was amazing to work with, he explained exactly what we needed and had everything available on the truck. He had us taken care of relatively quickly and I highly recommend calling Precision Garage Door for any issues that you have. I will definitely be calling them if anything else comes up and requesting Teagan!
