Great service. Garage door spring broke called around 130 on New Year’s Eve and was surprised someone would come out between 2-6. Eli called at 230 and was on his way from stillwater. Arrived about 330 and did a great job getting the door spring fixed and the door had been squeaking for some time. He fixed that as well. Precision does a great job and I will always call them for any garage door issues.

The spring broke on our garage door last night along with the cables caught in the door. We were so relieved when I called and the CSR said that someone can come out and look at it last night (10/23/2025). Tre Nunley came by last night. He came by early , which was nice. He also was able to quote a price and get everything fixed within an hour. He was friendly, funny, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend him any time (or anyone from Precision Door).

The quote to put our garage door back in the tracks was very high. I believe we were first quoted ~$600 then it was lowered to ~$300. We felt like we were getting ripped off and not even interested when the quote was lowered to $300. I will never call this company again for any work.
