8 to 9 months ago, Justin flawlessly repaired a 3 to 4 year old double door from builder’s incorrect installation & use of undersized springs. Fast forward to today, the single door’s chain-rail began showing signs of trouble, called Precision & in super fast response time, Justin returned. Another builder error using undersized lag bolts, Justin quickly installed proper size bolts & problem fixed at NO CHARGE, unheard of in today’s world!! Many thanks from a customer for life!

I called at 7:30 a.m. and within an hour Jack called and was here in 10 minutes. He assessed my problem and showed me what I needed but gave me three options and I chose the option and within an hour and a half he had my door repaired with everything working great. I was referred by a neighbor that used him and we’re very happy and I’m glad that I chose to go with Precision and Door and Jack. Described maintenance procedures with a spray, didn’t leave the bottle that he said he leave - normally not a big deal, but since Precision has fallen into the pandemic trap of jacking up prices, everything is important. Appreciate the training going on. Lead was friendly. Relied on sending receipt via email. No itemization or warranty paperwork.

Emergency! Springs broke on a double door friday night I called Saturday morning at 9, precision came out 10:30. They checked everything, gave me options, and replaced the needed parts. The door works like new. Thanks!

I needed a repair right away on a Saturday. I called at 1030am and the Tech arrived by 130 after giving me a call 30 min out. Russ had several years experience, diagnosed the problem right away and gave me an reasonable estimate. Repairs were completed timely and the door is fine now with a new spring and rollers Based on this experience I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Old opener broke about 12:30 pm and technician had the new one installed by 5:30 the same day. He did excellent work and explained everything thoroughly. He even did a few things extra that was not part of the installation. The whole system runs quieter than I think it did originally.
