Paris was friendly and efficient. He installed a new door opener in no time and made sure that all tracks and hinges were properly lubricanted. It was Sunday night and he had everything he needed on his van so I was up and running without having to wait for a second visit. Great service!

Technician was not knowledgeable about the malfunctioning garage door and attempted no troubleshooting. I was given several explanations which made little sense or were easily debunked. I would've happily paid for a complete repair, but instead I was charged an exorbitant rate for the least amount of repair which will allow my garage door to limp along until the next issue occurs. When it does, I certainly will not be returning.

Paul the serviceman that came out to replace rollers on our garage door. He was great. He tightened up the big spring also. He explained everything he was going to do and showed us the new rollers he put on. He was very friendly, a great personality, very knowledgeable about the products he sold. I would definitely use him again.

The installer today and very helpful. He straightened out the mess that was crated by your other installer that came a year ago. In Oct 2023 I spent $3,000.00 with your company getting my garage door opener replace. I noticed since then the garage door was opening very slow. And lately would barley open. I spent another $3500.00 today getting the right size garage door opener and spring. Installed. Once again I’m very happy with the job your installer did today with fixing the garage door properly.

Service was very good. The technician did notice that a wheel was missing and installed new one. He did find that a bolt on another hinge was stripped but didn’t replace it as the second bolt was fine.
