An excellent, quick repair job. They did NOT try to up-sell me for more than was necessary. I'm very pleased with the whole operation and will be sure to return if I ever need repair or replacement in the future!

We had a problem on a Sunday, we called and were told a tech would be at the house between 8 and 10 the next day. Russ arrived by 8:00, fixed the problem by 9:00 and it was a truly, fantastic experience. Thanks for the effort and professionalism. Kelly for Judy

I wrote a review back in January, 2014. I haven't needed Luke since then until today. My garage door stopped working last night. He came over this morning. Of course it was working fine when he got to my house. He was just as awesome as he was in 2014. He looked over everything and said he'd be back if needed. Shortly after he left my garage door stopped working again. He will be back to fix it asap. I wouldn't use anyone else! Thank you Luke.

Luke did a great job and answered all my questions. He came on time and was very courteous. Set all remotes including the car. Will recommend the company, equipment and LUKE. Price was very fair and the quality of the product the best. Thanks. FV

our garage door spring broke late on Saturday afternoon and we thought we would be unable to open it until Monday which was a huge problem because we were moving. We called Precision and they said they could have someone out on Sunday. They arrived at the time they said they would, were very courteous and professional. I highly recommend them

It was great to come home late from work and be able to actually talk to a person on the phone and get an appointment first thing in the morning. I had simply googled 24-hour Garage Door Spring Repair, and you guys came up. Aside from the good reviews on your website, I was mostly sold on the live operator who was available after hours. The technician was very fast (had no idea a single person could replace the springs!), very friendly and a good representative of your company! Thanks guys for making an otherwise miserable event a bit more bearable!

After the springs broke on my garage door, I reviewed different vendors from a web search. Precision appeared to have enough of the OKC metro area covered and the services needed seemed to match up well. My contact with the primary phone number was sufficient to be able to set up a service time in my area and an email was received that indicated who the technician would be and the scheduled time for the appointment. Luke showed up promptly, examined the door and all working parts, prepared an estimate for work needed, and then set out to replace the springs and test the results. The whole process took about one hour, but I am sure any repair work is predicated on exactly how extensive the work must be, but for my schedule, the arrival time, the work time and the pleasant attitude during the process was generally appreciated.

We couldn't be happier. Russ and Janet handled everyone of our calls and questions politely and accurately. They were patient while we made our final selections. They continue to provide us "service after the sale". We will be using them for our future garage door needs and will refer our family and friends.

Luke was very professional in all ways. He thoroughly explained the job he was going to do , and gave me options on the extent of the repair before he started work. Luckily I selected your company from the yellow pages phone book. You have my 5 star approval. I would not hesitate calling you again, and would recommend your company to my friends and family.

Very quick and done very fast...only issue I have is when the owner came out to give price to fix the door...would have been great to know the price of a new one...with it only being and couple hundred difference I would have bought the new door...but I am very happy with t he service

Our garage door came off track, we called this morning and they set us up for this afternoon. Luke came right on schedule, he was a very knowledgeable technician. He corrected problems from a previous companies bad installation job. We will definately call precision for any future needs.
