After another garage door company stood me up on a couple of appointments, I chose Precision Door after their price quote on an Amarr door was competitive. They met me at my house exactly when the appt. was set and communicated with me via email through the entire process. Once the old door was removed and replaced with my custom door, we noticed it wasn't exactly what I ordered as the top panel was wrong due to the manufacturer's mistake - not Precision Door's. Russ and his staff made it right and had Amarr send the right one and they came back out and replaced it again. Russ and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and most of allâ?¦they want you to be happy. I appreciated the extra effort it took to get it right. The door looks great. Thank you!

Found this company from an insert in a mailer. They were easy to schedule with, there on time and professional in every way. Russ was great to work with. Our garage door failed leaving for work on Friday. (one of our pieces of extra trim wood caught in the door!) We were able to schedule again, very easily and Russ was there right on time. I must say that I was a bit apprehensive at first in using a different service company to repair our garage door, but that was totally unwarrantied. I called around 9am and talked with both Russ and Janet about possibly replacing my old LiftMaster opener. After a brief discussion I felt very comfortable in the knowledge and ability to do the work needed. I ask when that would be available to change our opener and was pleasantly surprised to find out that they could be out around 4:30pm later today. Luke was our technician and he called a little after 3pm and let me know he was a little ahead of schedule and was wondering if it would be okay to come on out, worked great for me. He arrived and we went over some details and he proceeded to do some inspecting and began the installation. He was very professional and thorough, making sure to clean up as he went and answered my questions with great detail. We purchased the Marantec model and extremely happy with the installation and especially LOVE our new opener. Precision has earned our business and we would highly recommend them.

Mixed reviews. You guys fixed the broken spring and the door works great. The job was done timely and professional. My only complaint was that we were told it would likely be $150 to fix a broken spring but when on site, we were told the company would not put in just one spring, so I had to get two springs and the cost was near $400. I don't feel that $150 fix should have been communicated if that wasn't an option.

So long " Overhead Door "... There is a New Sheriff in town and his name is Russ with Precision Garage Door Service. From the beginning to the end...his Knowledge and Customer Service was Outstanding! I was amazed to find out that Precision also offers a warranty that is longer than 30 days! Russ not only fixed our garage door...he explained why the springs were breaking. The original springs were not the right ones for our door...imagine that!?! We used Overhead Door's in the past and will never use them again. They came out and put new springs in just 3 months ago and they broke. We called and they said they only a 30 day guarantee. We called Precision Garage Door because we had a coupon in the Valpak we got in the mail. I am so glad we called them. Russ was our technician and he was wonderful. We learned a lot about our garage door and just how off Overhead Door was in their installation. I highly recommend this company.

Called the night before and set the appointment for 10:00 the next morning. Got a call from Luke that he was on the way and would be there at 10:00.
