I’m so impressed with Precision Garage Door Service. They were on time and very professional. I bought two new GDO’s and couldn’t get either programmed. The salesman tried and also couldn’t program. Turns out I bought the wrong ones according to the color of the “learn” button. Couldn’t tel what color it was since the opener is 2007, it was very faded. They actually gave me a discount since I had already bought two brand new remotes. I’m so happy to have a working GDO again and will definitely call these guys when my opener retires! Thank you for your great service!

Fast service called Sunday figured would get answer machine. Talked to a real person. An got a tech with in 2 hours an no extra Service charge for after hours. Replaced spring, he explained the reason our spring failed. Was not the right spring for our door He also adjusted door so had a better seal. Also replaced bottom Weather striping so mice will stay outside. Highly recommend Tech was very professional.
