I greatly appreciate the convenience of having my garage door serviced (same day) and the professionalism of the technician, Zach J., who was outstanding. He walked me through the entire process, demonstrated patience, and refrained from being pushy. His expertise significantly alleviated the stress of the situation. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door based on his exceptional professionalism. Notably, my garage door now operates more efficiently than before.

Dominique Ramos delivered exactly the kind of service every homeowner hopes for. He showed up on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and walked me through the fix in a way that actually made sense. Professional, courteous, and clearly skilled at what he does. The repair was handled efficiently, and the garage door is operating better now than it has in years—problem solved, zero hassle. What stood out most was how respectful and prepared Dominique was throughout the entire visit. Garage Door of OKC earned my call because they’re local, fast to respond, and well-rated—and Dominique absolutely lived up to that reputation. Strong work all around. — Joe Peters

I used Precision Garage Door in 2019 and was extremely happy with their service. When I had recent garage door issues I contacted them again for service. Lewis Phan, their Residential Technician Came to my home and gave me a good estimate of the recommended repair work. Lewis was professional, polite, and efficient in completing the necessary repair work. I will continue to use Precision Door Service in the future. And I highly recommend them for garage door service.

We have used precision a few times. Lewis Phan is the one that always been the one to come and help us with our garage issues. He’s great and very knowledgeable. The first time our garage had issues was from a lightning strike in our neighborhood. Lewis got the problem diagnosed and corrected in a few hours for us! We just contacted him again for some delay issues with our garage, he was prompt and gave us a solution. Very professional and will continue to use him for all our garage needs!!

I have nothing but great things to say about precision overhead garage door. They are professional, they know what their past service has been to you, and they’re on time. I dealt with Dominique Ramos this time and he was a pleasure to work with. He explained everything in great detail, gave me an approximate time the work was gonna take and then walk me through everything when he was finished. Terrific young man and I will probably ask for him by name if I ever need additional service.

Teagan Cluff came out to my Mom's house and at first was suppost to do a small repair, but he did a very thorough inspection of the garage door. He gave my mom three options, in which he informed us that the first option would only be a quick fix, but later it would have to be completely serviced. Second option was just to fix the garage door opener and replace the bad pieces now and the third option would be to completely replace the motor and bad parts. Due to is perfect explanation of what could happen into the future and the cost if my mom waited. My mom went with the third option. I know that 5 stars are the highest rating possible, but the way that Teagan performed at my mom's house there should be a 10 star rating for a technician of his professionalism, respect and courtesy.
