I love that they are locally owned. I think they are a nationally owned company with locally owned franchise owners. However the individual that replaced my garage door opener was very professional. Even while working on my door a lady and her husband was driving around to find the owners of the cutest little scruffy dog, couldn't have weighed 5lbs, stopped to see if he knew the owners. He knocked on the door to ask if I knew. Unfortunately I didn't. My neighbors east of me has several dogs so I checked but nobody answered. I just thought that without missing a beat he was able to keep on working that was impressive. Thank You

I am so happy I called Precision when I realized the garage door spring had broken. Justin came out the same day and looked at the spring and the door and gave me several options from just replacing the spring and some repairs on the door. I knew that the door was more than 20 years old had some damage. I decided to have the door and spring replaced. Justin called the warehouse and found a door and gave me a price to do that and also found a discount for me! The crew came two days later as planned and did the replacement. Joshua was the first to arrive and two additional technicians came as well. Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional. They explained everything they were going to do and got right to work.They were done in less than three hours,and it looked fabulous! It was refreshing to have these intelligent and competent young men to do the job and easy to see they take pride in doing a quality install. Service was very good. The technician did notice that a wheel was missing and installed new one. He did find that a bolt on another hinge was stripped but didn’t replace it as the second bolt was fine.

Paris was friendly and efficient. He installed a new door opener in no time and made sure that all tracks and hinges were properly lubricanted. It was Sunday night and he had everything he needed on his van so I was up and running without having to wait for a second visit. Great service!

Technician was not knowledgeable about the malfunctioning garage door and attempted no troubleshooting. I was given several explanations which made little sense or were easily debunked. I would've happily paid for a complete repair, but instead I was charged an exorbitant rate for the least amount of repair which will allow my garage door to limp along until the next issue occurs. When it does, I certainly will not be returning.

Paul the serviceman that came out to replace rollers on our garage door. He was great. He tightened up the big spring also. He explained everything he was going to do and showed us the new rollers he put on. He was very friendly, a great personality, very knowledgeable about the products he sold.
