I recommend Precision Service for reliability and expertise. Cody Waddle, Rep, arrived about an hour after my initial call to analyze and fix the garage door issues. He explained thoroughly why the spring and other old parts had broken and needed to be replaced. All new parts were on the truck, so the work was done quickly. Teagan did a great job. He was good at explaining what needed to be done. The door wouldn't open. After looking at it for just a few minutes the cause was found. The repair was done quickly and was done right. I am impressed enough to have them come out at a later date and do a system overhaul. Great work and great Technician.

I just moved into a new (older) house with a very noisy, very old garage door motor with dated and worn-down components. I called Precision to get a quote/assessment for repairs and possible replacement, and Tre came out that very afternoon to take a look. He walked me through every part of the garage door and told me all my options and what I could do and didn’t pressure me into anything. Since I’m moving into this house and just wanted to get stuff done, I decided to replace the motor and old components and he did it that day for a great price since I had just spent a lot of money on new appliances, and he even threw in better weather stripping for free when the original did not fit, which he did not have to do. When he was missing parts, he called someone to bring them in right away, and when we ran into a problem he called Jack who came over and saved the day with his 20+ years of experience. Long story short, it was a great demonstration of excellent customer service, kindness, and care for the job and the client, and he didn’t leave until he was sure I was happy with my garage door. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t call anyone else!

We wanted to get our garage door seal at the bottom fixed, since it was quite old and had started to tear on the sides. We called Precision after another, well-established company's technician said they could not do it since the door was too old and parts were not available. Tre from Precision came out and did the job in a few hours, putting a brand new seal on the door. He also answered all of our questions very thoroughly and was very patient (I had a lot of questions about the door itself and such). He took the time to make sure the work was done properly, and suggested a few additional things we might do down the road with pricing estimates as well. Would recommend Precision any time.

The service technician Jack Walker was superb. Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He got the job done promptly and correctly, everything worked perfectly. He is an asset to this company. The reason for my 2-star rating is frankly the cost. The receipt I was given does not break down the parts vs labor, it only lists parts, so there's now way to tell how much I paid for the labor. I know I paid way too much. I'm not seeking any refund, I agreed to the cost before the work was performed. I was over a barrel and needed the repair done. Again, the service technician was excellent. But be sure to shop around, this place charges too much.

Inspection and estimate done day after I called. Technician inspected and explained problem with my garage door opener fully, he prepared and discussed options with me and was able to install the new opener the same day. He also pared the opener with my car. Great service!! No pressure. Love that I didn’t have to wait to get something done. Technician had all the equipment in his vehicle.

If I could give 10 stars I would! This will be the only garage door service I will ever use. Dominique the technician repaired and replaced the springs and cable in less than an hour. He sent a text letting me know he would be calling soon with an estimated time of arrival. He was very nice and professional. From start to finish this company’s customer service was top notch. Steven was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and prompt. We booked an appointment online (late on a Friday evening) for next day service. Precision was right on time Saturday morning and they had everything on the truck to do the repairs for two doors in about 2 hours.
