I'm so happy with my new garage door opener. It's so quiet. It moves so smoothly. I have options in it's use. Cody was very knowledgeable - I had confidence in him right from the beginning. He was very diligent, working hard from beginning to end. He took the time to demonstrate my new device and explain everything. My garage was left in good order - Cody was very neat and tidy. I am very pleased with my entire experience.

Cody did an amazing job replacing the rail and belt on our garage door - even replacing the brackets with stronger ones. And, the bill was lower than I expected. I recommend this company!

Our tech Zack was really friendly, courteous and fast! We had a spring break over tonight and they were here same day we made the appointment and in a Saturday at that. Zach got our springs replaced but we will definitely be using Precision again when we upgrade our entire garage door system. Communication and price is great. Thank you!

Cody and Tre came out and installed a new motor and did some other general work on our garage door. They were professional and efficient. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Your advertising is very good and I had a bad experience with another company so I chose you. And I was very pleased. HaydenSkains is a very good and thoughtful tech. When I do have to replace my opener I will call your company.

Eddie Kidney

Calling after 5 pm on Friday figured I’d get their voicemail BUT someone answered and a technician was at my home @6:30. Teagan figured out the problem five minutes in and proceeded to give all parts a look-over. Found a spring cracked and replaced it. So $39.95 later wow and that’s not the best part, he then came in and had a wonderful conversation with us and made sure to greet the dogs!! Thanx Teagan we will always call you for all of our garage needs!!

I recommend Precision Service for reliability and expertise. Cody Waddle, Rep, arrived about an hour after my initial call to analyze and fix the garage door issues. He explained thoroughly why the spring and other old parts had broken and needed to be replaced. All new parts were on the truck, so the work was done quickly. Senior and other discounts were provided.

Teagan did a great job. He was good at explaining what needed to be done. The door wouldn't open. After looking at it for just a few minutes the cause was found. The repair was done quickly and was done right. I am impressed enough to have them come out at a later date and do a system overhaul. Great work and great Technician.

Very kind and professional. Gave me good advice, and was very clear on what he was going to do. Gave me choices on parts to install and explained what each does and how much it would cost. Very happy with the install.

Vicky Smith

Tre was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Won’t hesitate to use again.

I just moved into a new (older) house with a very noisy, very old garage door motor with dated and worn-down components. I called Precision to get a quote/assessment for repairs and possible replacement, and Tre came out that very afternoon to take a look. He walked me through every part of the garage door and told me all my options and what I could do and didn’t pressure me into anything. Since I’m moving into this house and just wanted to get stuff done, I decided to replace the motor and old components and he did it that day for a great price since I had just spent a lot of money on new appliances, and he even threw in better weather stripping for free when the original did not fit, which he did not have to do. When he was missing parts, he called someone to bring them in right away, and when we ran into a problem he called Jack who came over and saved the day with his 20+ years of experience. Long story short, it was a great demonstration of excellent customer service, kindness, and care for the job and the client, and he didn’t leave until he was sure I was happy with my garage door. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t call anyone else!

We wanted to get our garage door seal at the bottom fixed, since it was quite old and had started to tear on the sides. We called Precision after another, well-established company's technician said they could not do it since the door was too old and parts were not available. Tre from Precision came out and did the job in a few hours, putting a brand new seal on the door. He also answered all of our questions very thoroughly and was very patient (I had a lot of questions about the door itself and such). He took the time to make sure the work was done properly, and suggested a few additional things we might do down the road with pricing estimates as well. Would recommend Precision any time.

Teagan was on time and discerned the problem immediately. Explaining everything to me was imprtant. He repaired the laser lights for the door to go up and down. Certainly recommend Teagan!

The service technician Jack Walker was superb. Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He got the job done promptly and correctly, everything worked perfectly. He is an asset to this company. The reason for my 2-star rating is frankly the cost. The receipt I was given does not break down the parts vs labor, it only lists parts, so there's now way to tell how much I paid for the labor. I know I paid way too much. I'm not seeking any refund, I agreed to the cost before the work was performed. I was over a barrel and needed the repair done. Again, the service technician was excellent. But be sure to shop around, this place charges too much.
